Come and truly enjoy your vacation at Sands of Laguna!!

This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee is $175.00. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. This unit is on the upper floor. There are about 12-14 stairs to climb.

No BBQ grills allowed. No smoking on property other than at the designated smoking area. Located at the side & base of the stairs. Per HOA

Master bedroom has a Queen bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with French door leading to the living area.

Guest bedroom has two Full size beds with access to full bathroom in the hall

Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tvs with cable & private WI-Fi access.

* Please note: Only 1 parking space available for this unit. Additional vehicles will need to use public paid/free parking off property.

Great Vacay!

Wonderful place to stay. Only issue was standing water in parking lot where we parked after the rain but it did drain away eventually.

Short but very sweet

We had a wonderful stay for a few days and everything was perfect. Great location, right on the beach, with everything you could need and very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely return if we get the chance.

Quiet beach get away

Perfect low key beach get away with little boys. It's away from the busyness of 30A. We love being right on the beach and even able to see the ocean from the master bedroom. We are returning customers and recommend this rental.

Great vacation rental

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this unit. It was clean, spacious for our family of four. Away from the busy city so the beach was not crowded, but it didn't take long to go downtown for the restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony was of the white sandy beach and the sound of waves was very relaxing. Steps off the deck and you were on the sand. We would gladly go back to this spot in the future.

Nice condo. Does not have an ocean view from the master bedroom as photos depict.

The pictures make it look like therre is a ocean view from the master bedroom, there is not unless you have the doors to the bedroom open and the view is obstructed by the living room furniture. The condo was clean. The area was nice. The beach was gorgeous.

Great location, but needs some upgrades

We loved the location— right on the beach and not crowded at all— however the beds in the condo (and I mean every single bed) felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Our WiFi also never worked for our entire stay. It was a decent distance from downtown PCB (which can be a good & bad thing depending on what you’re looking for).

Loved the location, the place was very comfortable and we never heard any noises from any of the other units. We would like to stay on the lower level so we don't have as many stairs to climb, because I have back issues. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

RELAX-NO WORRIES!

My wife and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. Lisa did an exceptional job in communicating and in making the check in/out hassle free! The unit was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable with quick access to the beach. Lisa has done a great job in covering the details of a stay- including a FULLY furnished kitchen. The fact that this unit is located away from all the high rise condos and heavy traffic made it relatively private. Again, it was only my wife and I, but I am highly recommending this place as a vacation for couples who are looking to RELAX with NO WORRIES. DB-TN

Absolute Gem

We loved our stay! Plenty of space for our family. The place was nice and clean. Check-in was a breeze. We walked right down the steps to direct beach access. It was a dream with the little ones. No waiting on elevators. It wasn't over-crowded with beach rentals and people like it sometimes is at bigger complexes. It was simple. It was exactly what we were looking for in our vacation. Best trip we have ever taken to the beach! We look forward to booking this little hidden gem again. You will not be disappointed.

Great place to stay on quiet west side of PCB

We loved that this property was steps from the beach, and away from the busier PCB beaches. The view was amazing! Yet we were 5-10 minutes away from shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. The entire condo complex was very quiet and safe. The only suggestion would be to supply a few extra trash bags and a sponge/dish wand for washing dishes- we had to buy these- as well as a few extra dish towels for kitchen and hand towels for the bathroom. Overall this was a great condo and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Would recommend to anyone staying in PCB area as we wanted to be farther away from the crowded condos. Fun recommendations: Sea Screamer dolphin cruise, nice shops and bookstore at Rosemary Beach ~10 minutes away, and definitely a trip to Thomas Donuts.

Everything is updated - furniture, kitchen, etc. Kitchen is furnished with Pioneer Woman bowls, plates, etc. It was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for 4 adults or a family with children. The only bad thing I could say about it is it's on the 2nd floor. Those 23 steps can be tough on older folks. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay!! Plus, in early May, not a lot of people around you on the beach. Mostly families.

Happy with the rental.

Visited right after a hurricane. All questions we had before and during our visit were answered promptly. We did bring two vehicles knowing the condo only offers one spot. The lot was never full, however we did visit the resort next store to inquire on renting a parking spot for the week just in case. They were not at capacity and offered a spot. Balcony chairs are breaking apart at bottom and should really be replaced. Sheets would have been nice for fold out couch. We just pulled cover sheets from other beds to accommodate. Other than those small issues, we had a great stay.
