Seven Springs Mountain Resort Condo Winter vacation, Great for families!

Our just completely renovated 2016 condo is loaded with amenities so its no surprise kids tell their parents they want to go back to 8D1 Mountain Villas condo community every year for their fun Winter or Summer vacation.

Condo 8D1 is located in the desirable and quiet Mountain Villas community of Seven Springs Resort next to the golf course just off of #7 Green. You cannot see the course from the condo.

Just minutes from the ski lodge with 7 Springs dedicated shuttle service to and from the resort continuously during the ski season.


FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET and HD CABLE

We have added a beautiful fenced in ground level PRIVATE DECK with available umbrella/table and chairs to enjoy the mountain air while you eat outside with the family!!!

Inside amenities include:55" Ultra Smart TV, XBOX360, 32' HD Smart TV over the Bar, and HD Smart TV's in both bedrooms, just like home. Great family getaway with a rustic feel. We have included the things we like to use in our condo when we stay for our vacations. You will feel right at home while enjoying a fun-filled family summer mountain vacation.

There is full on-call Seven Springs shuttle service to and from the main resort. Just park your car, and let the resort take care of the rest. We also have our own private/secure locker located in the hallway next to our condo for your use.

The Mt. Villa condos are known to be more quiet and family oriented than other condos on the mountain.

World Boardgaming Championships

We stayer Saturday to the next Sunday! The location was great for going back and forth to Seven Springs from the condo for the convention. The rooms were a great size and we all had our own space when needed. Lots of amenities and having two bathrooms was amazing! Manager was great to work with! Will definitely rent again!

Perfect for our family of six!

Very warm and cozy atmosphere...décor and accommodations made us feel like we were family. The owners dad (Frank) stopped to check in on us at 11:00pm when we arrived, just to make sure we were okay because the power was off due to bad weather, and to give us a flash light and candles! Power came on an hour later!!! They did a great job communicating and answering all of our questions. The kitchen is very well equipped to make your favorite meals! We skied all day then came "home" and had dinner together as a family each night! We would highly recommend!

Spacious place that's very close to the mountain!

The property was clean and more spacious than I anticipated. If traveling with friends/family, the shuttle back and forth to the mountain is very convenient so that people can come and go whenever they want. The host was also very flexible when we almost got snowed in and couldn't leave! Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Like home away from home!

The property was nicely decorated, well equipped & clean. The only downfall was the number of steps required (21) to get to the unit, which was difficult for my disabled husband. This was our first visit to the area and the leaves were beginning to change. It was beautiful! We attended an outdoor wedding while there and the setting was breathtaking! Thank you Smiths for sharing your home with us!!

Great weekend skiing

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was really well equipped for cooking (really helpful during Covid since we didn’t feel comfortable eating out) and with the shuttle bus it was very easy to get to the slopes for skiing. We‘d love to come back!

Wonderful condo

This is a very well equipped condo located on the golf course side of Seven Springs. It’s just a short car or shuttle ride to the main resort area. So it’s very convenient to all the winter sports at Seven Springs. The condo is very clean and has all the comforts of home. The owner is very knowledgeable and was helpful with any questions I had. We had a wonderful stay.

stayed at the condo for a golf weekend. Very nice trip.

The property was in a very nice location right by the Seven Springs Golf Course. Clean and comfortable for 4 people. We did not use it, but there was a pool for the property area that was in great shape as well.

Second Visit

We enjoyed this place so much last year, we booked it again for our ski weekend. Great communication from the owner. Everything we needed for cooking our meals was available. The shuttle service to the resort is very convenient. Would stay again!

We enjoyed this property and it was better than expected and the layout was great

This property was perfect in every aspect and exceeded my expectation. The location offered tranquillity and it’s only two minutes to the main slopes. It’s was great for my two boys I would very highly recommend it and I look forward to staying here again and enjoy what Seven Springs has to offer 😃

Excellent Condo and Great Location

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed condo right by the pool. Great kitchen with really nice appliances and very comfortable throughout! Brian was great host, very responsive!

Pictures are out dated and cleaning agency needs to improve in various areas of the condo

The condo is clean inside i.e. bedding, bathroom and living room. The microwave wasn't clean/exploded food inside and refrig/freezer need wiped out. The deck was terrible - gate broken and needs power washed. The table and chairs have mold/mildew - need power washed as well. There were a couple of chairs ripped - the furniture is worn. The deck was unusable during our stay. Unit is very dark - only light is from the sliding door which is minimal due to tree growth. When I reached out to the owner with questions he was very short and arrogant in his responses. I had to follow up concerning check in details - the owner should have been proactive verses reactive - just to be clear! "Just to be clear" was a response I received from the owner when answering one my questions concerning condition of the deck/furniture!!!

Perfect for our trip

The condo is convenient to the slopes with shuttle service every 15 minutes. The place is very neat and clean. Owner contact was excellent - reached out before we got there and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. We really loved everything about it!

Very comfortable stay

Very well appointed and cozy condo. It more than satisfied our needs and proximity to the resort.

This is the first time we used HomeAway and it definitely won't be our last. It was head and shoulders over a hotel/motel rental and very economical in comparison.

Summer fun in the sun.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We stayed at a different condo in the past. We were not allowed to grill and it didn't have a deck. The pool was very close, which made for a relaxing vacation. Would definitly stay again!!

Nicely renovated

New furnishings in common areas along with recently updated flooring were definite pluses. The separated bedrooms avoided noise from talking and TVs. The pool was greatly appreciated during the heat of the day as was the roofed seating area. There is plenty of seating and enough beds for up to six. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for young families!

We just spent a weekend at this condo and it was very pleasant and accommodating. With 3 young grandchildren, there were plenty of toys, and the condo was very comfortable. We almost had the pool to ourselves. I would recommend it to others!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Condo in June, just perfect. The owners were very accommodating and answered any questions quickly, they were terrific! My husband and I could not have asked for anything more. It was a fantastic place to stay, and we hope to be able to come back in the Fall. We highly recommend this property! We didn't get a chance to hit the Resort Lodge or "Helen's" restaurant as planned (next time!), but do recommend "Out of the Fire" cafe in Donegal and "Brasserie du Soleil" in Ligonier for dining, both very good.

Our parents started skiing with us in 1972 at 7 Springs. We decided to purchase a condo 8 years ago and have had some of the best times with our children skiing. You can really get into great conversations with your kids on the chairlift!
