Our Condo is the perfect place to 'un-plug', relax, and enjoy the Laurel Highlands. We offer you a stress free stay by providing you with paper products, linens, dish soap, laundry detergent and stocked kitchen of pots/pans/basic spices/small appliances etc. Just bring your food, tennis rackets, volley ball, bathing suit, bike, hiking shoes and bathing suit!

Great stay

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying in this condo and every time was wonderful! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! This time the power was out when we arrived due to a severe storm that passed the owner was so quick and responsive and went above and beyond to assist in finding out when the power would be restored. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Home away from home

This house was cozy and very clean. We loved the large couch and plenty of bathrooms for guests. Great homeowner! Highly recommend.

Last minute rental was perfect

Located at the end of a very quiet street sits this lovely 2 BR condo. Swimming pool, tennis and volley ball courts are within walking distance. Just far enough away from the Seven Springs lodge to avoid the congestion but close enough to quickly get there and back. Will definitely be visiting again......

Great condo rental

Condo was very well stocked with everything you would need for family stay. We had great time. Like that bunk room was upstairs so kids could stay there and adults can sleep downstairs and have some quiet. Gwen was very helpful with my questions about the resort and sent us lots of detailed info in advance. Very responsive and way to deal with.

Everything We Needed

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked. We were there for a family reunion with BBQ dinners every evening. So, we were preparing food daily to take to the picnic area. Had every thing I needed. Laundry was also stocked and convenient in the unit. We’ll done!

Great long ski weekend!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a great, relaxing stay at this property. Interactions with the hosts were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The property itself is well located -- front door is just 70 ft from the shuttle bus stop, which takes you to a ski-out location further up the mountain (5 min ride, assuming another stop or two on the way) or past that point and back down to the main lodge (10-15 min ride). The property is spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished. We would consider renting here again.

Great place for kids

The unit was excellent. Easy parking with a short distance to load / unload gear to the house. It's a bit of a strange layout with 2 adult bedrooms on the lower level and the kids bedroom on the upper level, but it worked out well. Just had to make sure the adults kept the noise down after the kids were in bed. Big kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. The pools were nice, but there is NO SHADE at either of them, so bring an umbrella, canopy, etc. if it's going to be hot or you have little kids.

The condo was very clean and very well taken care of. It had lots of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and kitchenware (unlike other condos I have rented). The bathrooms were well supplied with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was plenty of storage space and the beds were comfortable. Gwen even supplied this condo with extras like spices, plastic bags, flashlights (which came in handy when one of the children lost her binkie), extra batteries for the smoke alarm and other thoughtful items.

Definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for our sons wedding. Gwen was extremely helpful and accommodating from day number one! The location is ideal and it was very clean and had all of the little things like paper towels, coffee filters, plenty of utensils, glasses etc. I would definitely recommend staying here. Gwen continued to offer tips throughout our stay (shuttle details) that helped us enjoy our weekend!!

Family gathering

We felt right at home!! Very clean and comfortable beds! The open concept main level was great for visiting and playing games. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful both prior to and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience

we stayed for 3 nights at Seven springs Condo and had a great time. Check in was easy and the Condo was super clean! The beds were very comfortable and the whole Condo was spacious for our family of 5. Gwen was amazing, very attentive and replied quickly to any message we sent. We had a small problem fixed in a very short time! I highly recommend staying at Seven springs Condo!

Nice relaxing vacation

We enjoyed renting this property. There was 7 of us and only 6 chairs for dinning table, so we used a stool for the 7th person. Pool and hot tub were nice but hot tub could use a cleaning.. It was nice to have paper products available, plenty of pots and pans, kitchen items and washing machine & dryer with soap. Little extras you don’t get in a hotel. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We have four kiddos and have created many family memories skiing, clay shooting, hiking, cycling and relaxing. This vacation location offers an opportunity to break from the 'daily grind' and reconnect as 'family.'

Seven Springs offers activities for all ages and provides an opportunity to un plug from electronics and spend time together experiencing out door activities. We especially enjoy skiing and the clay shooting course which is only minutes from our condo.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the views. Our condo faces out towards the mountains and not 'in' towards the parking lot or other condos. It is an easy walk for everyone to the pool, basketball court, tennis, and sand volley ball. Pavilion by pool has grills and picnic tables. The next development up has tennis and pickle ball nets. Shuttle stop is free and outside our front door. If you have skis and lift tickets it takes you to top of mountain where you can start skiing without waiting for all the lift lines at skier circle. Buses come every 15 minutes and travels to all the resort amenities.
