The condo was very spacious and clean. My family and I had a wonderful 2 week stay. I had to contact the host to fix an item and the response time was quick and the problem was fixed the next day. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and access to the beach was convenient. If we are back in the area, we would stay again.

This place was incredible! Blew away my expectations. Check in was super smooth and clear, even with our late arrival. The complex was really nice and well-kept. The condo itself was clean and gorgeous. Internet super fast as well. We found our new go-to spot in Daytona for sure!

Great 3 BR layout. Property is easy to get in and out of the room as well as easy to get off and on the beach. We were on the back side of the building, so we could only see a glimpse of the ocean, but we found we very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to Congo River Golf’s music.

Clean. Quiet & convenient location. Ample space for our family of 5 to spread out. Functional kitchen with space for food items (hard to find in condos). The beach had a nice little sand bar with shallow water for the littlest. Pool was clean.

The unit was very nice and very clean! It was nice and updated and came with plenty of linens and some beach gear as well! The building, pool, and the beach were very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it everyone.

Beautiful flat beach! The sand is packed down and we saw a lot of people biking.
Parking garage is under the condominium. The condominium is a nice size, not too big and not too small. Very easy to navigate and the elevator wait is not long!

Short but fun stay

Came to enjoy the cheer tournament with family and was able to enjoy the beach as well. Easy go check in and out. Everything was as described!

This property is indeed ocean view and river view. We show the exact view with a photo taken from the balcony so that guests are aware prior to booking. It is not oceanfront, but an ocean view. We loved every minute spent in this beautiful condo! The location was awesome, the condo was clean and bigger than I expected. It was decorated with good taste! The beach was easily accessible!

Great Condo

This was the perfect getaway!! Very spacious! Clean and very comfortable! Had everything you need to cook and bake! Location was great. Very clean and if we had any questions someone answered quickly.

Amazing Stay

Our Condo was so nice! Everything was clean, plenty of room, and up to date on everything. We were able to enjoy the beach and Congo River putt-putt across the street. The elevators and amenities in the common areas we're kept clean as well, will book with Opus Condos again!

Nice place!

Very clean and spacious place. I thought it was beach front, but wasn't. However, it was still right on the beach and has easy access to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great Location

We needed accommodations for several coworkers to work at the Rolex 24 and decided to utilize condos. It was a great choice. Condo was in excellent condition and communication with homeowner was top notch.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect. Will def stay in this building again. No crazy rules, location is close to everything.

Nice Place to Visit

The property was nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The kitchen could use some updating of supplies/appliances (there was no pot for the coffee maker, old pans, etc.). Beach access was nice and convenient. Not a lot to do within walking distance besides the golf across the street.

We were vacationing with our 4 adult children. Location was great, amenities were great other than no phone line. Being out of country we were unable to use our cellphones and a land line would have been nice for making reservations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
