Copala Luxury Condominiums is a new development of condos & homes on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas near Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, Pacifica & Montecristo overlooking the new award-winning Quivira golf course.

This development is upscale and for quiet enjoyment only. Noise limits are enforced. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Parties and unruly behavior will not be accepted. Please do not apply if you are looking for a party home.

Play in the award winning Jack Nicholas Signature Golf, rated the best international course by Golf Magazine, as our guest and pay only $286 during prime time, $245 mid morning, & $206 Twilight per all-inclusive round with cart, practice range, and 2 bistro refreshment cafe as you play. Regular price is $ 370 per round. Discounted price valid only when booked through our house manager. Full price applies and no discount when booking direct from the golf club.

Guests have access to all Pueblo Bonito pools, restaurants and amenities at Sunset Beach & Pacifica. The Copala clubhouse is private to owners & guests. It has two pools, a hot tub, lounge chairs & umbrellas, cinema room, bar/restaurant and convenience store.

Please note beach swimming on the Pacific side of resort (Sunset and Pacifica) is prohibited due to the large and dangerous currents. If you would like to swim in the ocean, a courtesy shuttle will take you to the Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort in downtown.

-10% discount on spa treatments at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Montecristo Estates.

Our local manager and host will meet and greet your party at the condo on arrival and assist to answer any additional questions you may have.
Our local manager will answer all your questions and make arrangements for all your needs pre-arrival and during your stay.

Price per night reflects a new development discount. Because this is a new development, some ongoing daytime construction activities should be expected nearby.

Your reservation includes one pre-arrival cleaning and post departure cleaning per reservation at a rate of $150. Due to the extra cleaning requirements for Covid-19, an extra $40 will be added to the cleaning fee.

Utilities are included, but we are committed to a sustainable environment and conservation of natural resources. All guests are requested to use air conditioners only when inside the premises, and turn them off when no one is in. A USD $ 150 per week of stay electrical charge is allotted and monitored by electrical meter. This is well beyond what is normally consumed so nothing to worry about provided you turn off all air conditioning units when not inside the condo and keep all patio and windows closed while air conditioners are running. Excess use of electricity beyond that amount will be charged.

House Rules
- This house is not suitable for pets.
- No smoking is allowed.
- This is an adult oriented quiet enjoyment community. We respect our neighbors. Therefore, absolutely no loud parties at anytime. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am strictly enforced. Police will be called and guest evicted for violation to ensure quiet enjoyment for all in the community.
- Check-in 4 pm, Check-out 10 am. Check in and out by our house manager required.
- Please treat this as your home and take care of the appliances and furniture which are imported and expensive. You will be billed for any damage.
-Absolutely no shoes inside condo. Please leave at entry way.
-All pots and pans must be hand washed and not washed in dishwasher.
-Once your booking is confirmed, you can start communicating with our house manager who can assist you in arrival and activities planning.
-For security purposes, all guest must submit personal details for pre-registration and security clearance prior to arrival.
- No cash is accepted throughout the resort. You will need to register for a house account secured by your credit card on arrival if you plan to charge and food, golf or activities within the resort.

*Relax* on the Pacific side near the Quivira golf course away from the crowds!

Our home is about 20 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, 10 minutes from Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, 5 minutes from Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, and 2 minutes from Quivira Golf Club.

Please note:
1. No lotion or conditioner for guests. This is not mandatory on VRBO.
2. Quivira Shuttle offers a convenient transportation shuttle service that will take you anywhere within the beautiful Quivira Los Cabos resort community. Please note that there is a $5 flat charge for each shuttle ride, regardless of the number of passengers in the shuttle. This charge will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of your stay.

Great stay

Penthouse condo was excellent with all the necessary amenities. Kitchen fully equipped. Views of the ocean were stunning. Grounds were immaculate. Our host, Benny, was very helpful and available. Played a round at Quivira. The course was remarkable. Just one caveat, staying at this condo only gets you a 25% discount which helped. Overall, a great place to stay for quiet and relaxation.

This condo experience was fantastic! Grear golf!

Why stay in a hotel? This place was AMAZING! Stunning views of the ocean and it came with a GREAT discount on golf! The on-site manager was very accommodating and helped with groceries and setting up rides into town. I would DEFINATELY stay here again!

The penthouse itself was great

The penthouse and it's amenities were great. The club house was relaxing. My only complaint was the ongoing construction throughout the Copala property and the fact none of the jacuzzi's were working during our stay. There was a power and water outage on our last day which was no fault of the owners because it affected the entire Pueblo Bonito complex. My only complaint with the power/water outage situation was we felt rushed to vacate the property without being able to shower, prepare/eat breakfast, pack and then have to bring our six pieces of luggage down six flights of stairs. Fortunately the power came back just when we were getting ready to start bringing the luggage down and we were able to use the elevator. All said, we had an enjoyable time and would go back to this property if our travels bring us to the Cabo area.
