This second story easy in and out, well-maintained, well-equipped condo has a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and overlooks one of several large tranquil pools with large shallow areas, and plenty of semi-private shaded couches and lounges. The club house is less than a 5-minute walk and features a beautiful infinity pool, food/beverage service, plenty of semi-private shaded furniture, cinema room, gym, massage room, bar and market. A concierge staff is available to assist with all your needs, as well as 24x7 security.

This provides numerous dining options including an international food court, sports bar, 50s diner, late night cafe, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, pizza, Japanese, steakhouses, ice cream, deserts, healthy options, buffets, beach dining, panoramic view of the Pacific and sunsets, and many other fine dining options, as well as all-inclusive options.

Guest will have access to 4 pools -- 3 secluded pools behind the Copala towers and then the beautiful infinity pool at the Copala club house.

Copala has its own concierge team, and their office is open daily. You can call or just walk-in. They can assist with any questions or needs you may have, including transportation, activities, dinner reservations, golf tee times, spa services, etc.

Our guests can play the private Quivira Golf Course, which is right down the main road, and features gorgeous ocean front holes. This Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course was named best new international golf course by Golf magazine and Golf Inc when it opened and recently was included in Golf Digest's elite roster of the "World's 100 Greatest Golf Courses". The comfort stations are regularly highlighted in golf shows and magazines as some of the best.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort, Monte Cristo and Pacifica (Adults only) are all within the Quivira golf and resorts complex, and less than 2 miles and less than 5 minutes by car. It's also a great walk along the golf course or scenic roads within Quivira but be warned -- that last hill is a doozy. A free shuttle is available to pick you up at the condo and take you to any of the resorts where you will find a plethora of dining options.

The condo is about 4 miles from downtown. It's less than a 15-minute drive and will cost you about $10 for a taxi. For the adventurous, you can also walk to downtown from the condo along beach and then cut through the resort next door.

We are only a phone call away, and your personal concierge is available for meet and greet, but for your convenience we have a smart lock so you can let yourself in upon arrival. There is also a 24x7 security staff to assist with any issues after hours.

Prior to your arrival, we will be happy to assist with any questions you might have -- travel arrangements, rental cars, activities, golf reservations and even pre-stocking the refrigerator (at an additional cost). Towels (shower and beach), soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, make up mirror, hair dryer, ironing board and staples for cooking are provided.

1 mid-stay cleaning is included with your stay and additional cleanings can be arranged with your personal concierge for an additional (but very reasonable) expense.

We have a security camera at the front door and one on the patio facing the ocean to check on inclement weather and to make sure that the hurricane screen is down in case of an impending storm. Both are turned off upon guest arrival. Guests can feel free to unplug the patio camera if so desired.

Do's and dont's:

No smoking/no pets.

No more than 6 guests are permitted.

Arrangements can often be made for a flexible Check-in/check-out time, but otherwise check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise and that the owners nor their agents can be held responsible for any losses, personal damages, accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Permission for any additional guests not on the original reservation must be requested.

Guests are expected to be respectful of the condo, staff and the community, and must agree to follow the rules of the community including limiting noise after hours, no loud noises and no parties. There is an on-site security staff that will enforce the rules if necessary.
