Upstairs is the master suite with luxury bathroom with tub and shower with a view and a private balcony with a spectacular Pacific view. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms. The floorplan is open with living, dining and kitchen areas in a very large room with high ceilings and custom local teak beams and cedar planks. The spacious terrace opens on to the infinity pool and overlooks the ocean. There are lots of places to relax, sun or eat outdoors. Carport and additional parking available. There is weekly maid service and a night guard from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am every evening.

The garden features a winding path through tropical jungle full of trees, flowers and fruit. Stroll through the bouganvilla arbor and explore the garden. There are mango, banana, cashew, lime, papaya and soursop trees on the property.

Everything is close by. Manuel Antonio national park and beach, the spectacular Pez Vela marina complex, lots of restaurants, fishing, zip-lining, nature tours, snorkeling and so much more.
