Spectacular Gulf View, 6BR/4.5BA, 45 steps to beach access

Hello Keith, Thank you for your kind review, we’re so glad to hear you had a great time and that everything was handled promptly to your satisfaction. We also appreciate you mentioning the outdoor shower. It does have hot water service; however, because we use tank less water heaters, it can take a little time for the water to warm up, especially during cooler months like April. We’ll make sure to clarify this in our listing so future guests know what to expect. Thanks again for staying with us, we’d love to host you again... Have a great summer.

Anna, We loved hosting you and your family and so glad you loved our home. We make every effort to treat our guests as if they are our only guests, looking forward to seeing you next summer and thank you for your continued business.

Hi Brandon, It was a pleasure meeting you and your family, it is not very often that I get my meet my guests. Kay called me at 7:30 PM after checking in, upset because she saw a crane in front of another property, obstructing her view. I listened patiently, apologized, and explained that I hadn’t been aware of the crane, as it hadn’t been there during the last cleaning. I took immediate action and arranged to move her from a Gulf View property to a Gulf Front property by 10 AM the next morning. Kay and her partner moved in, and she let me know she was very happy with the new accommodation and that they were having a good time. I followed up mid-stay, and her feedback remained positive. She thanked me again for accommodating her. Given my efforts, I was surprised to see a 1-star rating with a headline of "terrible." I had done everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Kay’s review didn’t mention that I had also refunded 28% of the rental and provided complimentary beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. After her review was published on VRBO, I spoke to Kay, and she agreed the rating didn’t reflect her experience and intended to adjust it. Since our inception, all reviews have been 5 stars, so I feel this rating is unfair. While I understand it might not merit 5 stars, I believe it certainly deserves more than 1.
