Experience one of the most exciting beach areas in the U.S.; this location attracts tourist from around the world making it an exciting, adventurous and ideal vacation resort. You can spend your time at the beach, ride bicycles, walk along gulf and enjoy fancy dining and club houses.
Indian shores area is favorable for snorkeling, water sports and beach life. Indian Shores is a great choice for travelers interested in tranquility, warm weather, fine dining and adventure.
Located at walking distance from Indian Rocks Shores, 5.7 mile from Madeira Beach and 23 minutes south of Clearwater Beach. The air conditioned apartment features free WIFI, laundry facility, outdoor pool, rear boat dock and or bring your pole to channel fish right from the back yard.
You may dock your boat right outside your back door! There is a city own boat ramp right off Gulf Blvd ½, mile from the property that can be used to launch your boat.
The apartment also has a seating area with a kitchenette complete with oven, toaster, and small refrigerator. Towels and bed linens are featured at Belleview Gulf Condo.

Perfect for a couple!

Everything we expected. Very comfortable for my husband and I. We spent most of our time in the back facing the canal! So peaceful and beautiful! We saw dolphins, lots of different birds and a bald eagle. My husband caught a lizard fish, cat fish and a small hammerhead shark! The owner Susie responds to all messages very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay.

This was a last minute decision for us so we felt very fortunate to even find a place to stay. This was an efficiency, but it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen, even though we didn't cook, appeared to have every utensil you would want or need. Our only recommendations would be some sort of information (other than use the remote) on how to connect to the television. Also would have liked to had a small stool and a grab bar in the shower. Slipped a couple of times, would have been nice to have something to grab. Overall, a nice stay.

Girls trip

This condo was in an awesome spot. Could walk to a lot of the bars and restaurants. We didn’t get much time at the beach because of the red tide but the pool was awesome!!!! Owners were super nice.

AMAZING!

Absolutely love this place. Perfect for just me and my boyfriend. They provide everything that you would need! And the owner got back to me on several occasions quickly when i had questions! Loved it!

Great location

The property was clean, and well taken care of. The pool was huge and amazing for the kids to play in on down days. While not right on the beach it was just a short walk away so perfect location. Property manager was so easy to talk to and replied to messages in a very timely manner. Will be staying at this location again!

Shabby chic

This place had everything we were looking for. Beautiful location and amenities. We especially enjoyed the water just outside the back door. The short walk to the gulf beaches as well as great restaurants made this a convenient place to stay without a car. The pool was also very nice.

Amazing experience

This is only my 2nd time visiting FL, and renting this place made it so much better! The room was cozy and very clean. It was so close to the beach and also had a channel right out the back door. It was pretty awesome to be grilling as we watched dolphins swim thru!! The owners were extremely nice and always responded to any questions or concerns I had very promptly. The only thing I would complain about is the ph in the room. It is pretty outdated and super uncomfortable (but then again so are most pull out couches lol) This place was amazing and I would highly recommend them!!

Perfect little room

Room was perfect for what we needed. Pool was the best in the area, it was absolutely huge. The only complaint I have is that the TV is poorly located. You are not able to see it at all from the bed. Other than that it was great!

Very small but very clean. We only needed a place to sleep for 4 nights as we spent all of our time at our parents condo across the street so this place worked. Owner was very thorough.

Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved this condo! The pool is steps out the front door and the beach is right across the street. The back patio was my favorite spot to sit. I saw dolphins, manatees, and other marine life while sitting out. We also fished back there and caught quiet a few fish. The bed is super super comfortable. The shower has awesome water pressure. There was plenty of towels, washcloths, and personal care items. The whole place is just comfy and clean. My husband and I very much enjoyed it!

Neighborly, friendly place

The location was perfect! The ocean beach access was only 1/2 block away, restaurants within minutes, and the intercoastal waterway on the back side of the condo was so entertaining with boats, dolphins, manatee and sting rays swimming by. The condo was well equipped and clean. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because it was quite small, but we managed very well. Would recommend.

Perfect Place!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so clean and the owner was very friendly. Being able to walk out the back door and watch the dolphins in the morning, fishing in the afternoon, and then making dinner while the sun went down was amazing. The pool was huge and the beach was just a short walk. Everything we could ever need was supplied, from toiletries to coffee, we literally could have came with just clothes. SO much nicer than getting a hotel like we originally planned. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home!

Perfect couples beach retreat😎

Location says it all...walk out back door 20 feet and ICW ready for fishing, dolphins, manatees, plenty of bird watching and viewing sun rise🌴. Go out front door same distance and you at the very large pool. Not done yet...cross gulf Blvd with median you can pause before crossing all the way ( only 2 lanes each way) and you on beach in minutes!!! And seabird sanctuary. Fabulous organization that rescues and rehabilitates our flying friends. Make sure you visit and support the cause. Free admission with great gift shop. Unit was very clean and comfortable for 2. Everything you could want the have supplied. From spices for the fish you caught out the back door, to aloe and sunscreen. Again place was super clean and we would definitely recommend . Head south and the next 5 miles before you get to John's pass, wonderful restaurants and shopping and sugar white sand beaches!!

Our condo is quiet and peaceful, but close to all the tourist attractions by day and enjoy the benefits of the night life. The Sun Shine Trolley which travels all long Gulf Blvd. stops in front of the building, so if you are not driving, you have a means of transportation.
