**BUILDING RESTORATION PROJECT taking place 2026. Rates are lowered accordingly for any disruption to your stay. Pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts beautifully remodeled in 2024. (NO PETS ALLOWED AT BAY SHORES) This completely remodeled condo is located on a narrow strip between the Gulf Coast Beaches and the Intercoastal Waterway. The white sand of Indian Rocks Beach awaits you only steps across the street. This condo has a peaceful and gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway from your private balcony where you can watch a parade of boats day and night. Most everything in this spacious 1,050 square feet, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit has been updated. There is a King Size Bed in the Master bedroom and Queen with twin XL bunk in the guest bedroom. You will enjoy a flat screen TVs, comfortable furniture, bedding, towels, window treatments, ect. Provided for your enjoyment are golf putters, tennis/pickleball equipment, beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, umbrella and games. Walk to restaurants, a great nearby coffee shop, salons, pubs and enjoy discounted miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove right next door. Or just sit and relax in this beautifully decorated and well appointed condo.

Beautiful place. The view of the bay from the living room and bedroom is priceless. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Thank you for all the extra items we could use such as beach towels, beach chairs, fishing gear, board games, etc. My mom and her husband were visiting from Virginia and they absolutely loved their stay. I can’t thank you enough for the care and experience you provide for your Guests.

Amazing apartment with all.included ,next to the beach .Highly recommended.Big balcony with lovely view , also nice pool .Host answers fast to the messages if you need something.Also they offer children beach toys and for all sorts of activities.I felt like home .

Great place!

We love IRB and we have stayed at Bayshores several times and it never disappoints! Across the street from the beach, clean, and newly remodeled. Very nice!

The perfect vacation get away

Everything you want to do on vacation nearby. Quiet place, easy walk to beach, view of intercostal off the balcony and ocean from the front door. Updated and clean!

Very nice, clean, comfortable stay

This property has many amenities. We loved the pool, hot tub, beach access was just across the street, tennis, workout room, and many more amenities. Very clean place. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Everything You Need to Relax

This is truly a relaxing place to escape to. It is very quiet, condo is spacious, modern, and clean. Close to the beach which is beautiful with amazing sunsets. Condo is fully furnished. The King bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in a long time.

Home away from home!

This was our 2nd time at this condo and would go back again. The proximity to the beach, view of the intercoastal and all the amenities you need. From kitchen to beach supplies, it's all there. Beautiful updated condo. The host response is very quick and accomodating to all your needs and check-in is a breeze with lock access.

This was an excellent place for us to stay and have a wonderful vacation. The condo was everything we needed. We had all the supplies needed for the beach which was a great help in our packing. The place was clean and well stocked. The view for the waterway was great and we spent much time just relaxing. The walk to beach could not have been easier. My family hopes to be able to return this summer.

Excellent condo in Indian Shores and good price.

We had a great vacation. Condo is located 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. The condo was recently renovated, a home away from home. It had everything, any beach supply that you can think of. All spaces have new furniture, very relaxing. Kids loved the place. We drove from Michigan and Chuck and Melinda were super nice, they allowed us check in early. Everything was same as described online, or even better. Definitely looking forward to book again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Everything was as advertised, and all communications with the owners were quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Best VRBO stay we've had anywhere- these owners had truly recently upgraded and didn't skimp at all on their remodel. The kids are usually hard to please, and this was a win-win for all. The included beach supplies were such a pleasant addition, as it kept us from hauling all that stuff on our trip!! The balcony was picturesque, and a much needed decompression spot. We thoroughly enjoyed the puzzles, pool and space for much needed family time!! Thanks Chuck and Melinda!!

Great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely furnished, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. Communication with owners Chuck and Melinda was always timely and clear. The location is excellent - our very favorite part of the stay was going to the very walkable beach just across the street for great sunsets over the Gulf. There are also many good restaurants close by. Though it sounds like a small thing, we liked having access to carts to make it easy to take our belongings and groceries from the car to the condo. The laundry room was also easily accessible. The area is quiet, and people staying throughout the complex seemed unusually pleasant. We would certainly stay here again if and when we plan a stay in the area.

Perfect

We booked this property, because it was out of the way of super busy beaches. We stayed 9 nights and didn’t want to leave! The condo had everything you would need, including the beach essentials. Beach essentials like chairs and a wagon made our experience wonderful. My only complaint was the master bedroom pillows. My neck paid the price. It’s no fault of the owner. Can’t customize everyone’s desires. However, you need a foam pillow, bring one. Would totally return to this property!

A perfect week!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The beds were super comfy, the amenities were great and the location was perfect! We had an easy checkin and easily moved in for the week. Being on the 3rd floor was ideal for walking up the stairs or using the elevator when needed. The condo came with a few days worth of paper towels and toilet paper which was nice and they also had seasonings and a fully stocked kitchen! The condo included a beach cart, chairs, cooler, toys and umbrella. They also had a skim board which our son loved! The boogie boards were broken so we did buy those and donated when we left, however, I assume they don’t last long! The updated pool and tennis courts were also used daily! The condo was honestly better in person than the pictures and I cannot convey enough how much we enjoyed our week in this condo! If in the area again, we would definitely choose this condo again. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Perfect...Everything you need and way more. Will be back!

Our week at this condo was beyond exceptional. The beds were most comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. Bathrooms had nice fluffy towels...way better then hotels. All the extras...beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, mini surf boards, coolers, tennis rackets and balls, golf clubs and balls, extra blankets, towels, even beach towels! Had a nice rolling laundry hamper to take your wash up to the laundry room, which was fantastic...you can even use your debit/credit card and then use your smart phone and it will text you when your washer/dryer is done. Pool was warm...no "eee's" when you crested your waist...nice beach chairs and loungers...just wished they had a few tables with umbrellas. Quick 3 minute walk to the beach and the beach was perfect. Not crowded at all. Mini golf right out your front door...kinda pricey but with the discount card...it was doable. Very tastefully decorated and very clean. We were right next to the garbage chute and elevator....but never heard a thing. In fact....never heard anyone else. Tennis Courts were never busy and the kids enjoyed the putting green. Grounds were beautifully maintained. I couldn't have asked for anything better....it's as I would keep a home. Thanks Charles and Melinda for everything....you made vacation truly relaxing and wonderful!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The photos couldn’t begin to do it justice. Absolutely beautifully done! Everything we could possibly need or want was provided. This was our first time to stay in the area and we couldn’t have been more pleased. These owners go above and beyond and we definitely hope to return soon.

Had everything you needed, from beach supplies to kitchen supplies, just bring your suitcase! Short walk to an amazing beach and the intercoastal view was great! Highly recommend!!

Better than we could have imagined!

This place was stunning. The cleanliness was beyond anything we could’ve expected. It was wonderful to be on the inter-coastal watching the boats come and go, and dolphins swimming every morning. Already planning our next trip for 2023! The beach was quiet and closer than we expected. Only two minutes with young, ambitious kids leading the way!

We chose to buy a vacation property at this location because we fell in love with Indian Shores and we really liked the Bay Shore Yacht & Tennis Club community. It is a very peaceful area and we love being on the intercoastal where your view does not go away after the sun goes down.

We enjoy the friendly people at Bayshores and the newly renovated pool and hot tub. We often spend all day at the beach, the ocean feels like bathwater in the summer!
