We had a wonderful stay in Yorkshire and really enjoyed our time here. The cottage was the perfect base for our family to explore the North York Moors, Whitby and the many beautiful places nearby. We especially loved the peaceful location, the beautiful countryside and the cosy atmosphere of the house. Everything was clean, well equipped and exactly what we had hoped for.Mark and Moya were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was always easy and we really felt at home.Yorkshire completely won us over, and this lovely place was a big part of what made our holiday so special. We would happily come back and can highly recommend staying here.

High quality property in a peaceful location

We’re a family of four that was looking for a short escape from the frenetic urban environment. This cottage is in an amazingly beautiful and quiet location. You can enjoy the birds singing with a lovely view from the back garden and great views of the stars on a clear night. The property is of a high standard, as described, very warm on cold days and the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Well located to see the moors and surrounding towns and cities.
