Situated in the heart of Runswick Bay, Galleon House is a delightful cottage with a charming contemporary interior, with fixtures and fittings of a high standard, perfect for a relaxing seaside break.
Looking out to sea from the living room, you could almost be in a Galleon's cabin! You are with in a minutes walk away from the sandy beach, sea, cafe and pub.
The accommodation is located over 2 floors. The front door opens on to a well-appointed, open plan living/kitchen/dining area. Downstairs is a bunkbed room, and a double room with kingsize bed and the house shower room.
Outside there is a paved patio area with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea view.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Galleon house and hopefully not the last, everything is Five star you couldn't ask for anything more,my Grandson and his partner came this time and they have fallen in love with Runswick bay and Galleon house.

This is our 3rd time at Galleon house, and it did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. Attention to detail in this property is amazing. There is everything and more that you need. The kitchen is so well equipped. Bedding and towels are beautiful. Location is excellent, right in the centre of the stunning bay. We will definitely be going back.

Just wonderful!!! Location incredible, the cottage was just perfect for 2 adults and 2 little kids. It's so peaceful, so calm, views to die for. Wish i could have stayed longer. The host had thought of everything in terms of what is needed, the food and drink touches on arrival were so lovely. Thank you so much, will come back hopefully!

Our stay here at this property has been everything and more than expected. The welcome pack of homemade cake, homemade jam , bread, Prosecco, juice, crisps and milk were such a lovely surprise on arrival . The accommodation is stunning and the location is so perfect with beautiful views from dawn till dusk . Runswick bay is a truly spectacular village with such breath taking beauty surrounding, we were sad to leave. The local pubs serve lovely food the convenient royal hotel next door and the Elletby we found outstanding .Kindest regards Anna

We have just spent 3 nights there and it was an absolutley stunning pace. Everythong was catered for. Tgankyou so much for all the thoughtful welcome things: Cake, wine, milk, bread & Jam. Beautiful views and walks on the beach. The place was spotless. We will certainly recommend and come back. Thankyou.

Fabulous cottage with stunning view of the sea and bay. A cottage with character yet modernised to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable beds. Very clean throughout. Absolutely perfect! Wonderful 'welcome pack' including prosecco, homemade jam, essentials ... bread, butter, milk and delicious homemade cake. ANOTHER MAGICAL STAY!!!

We stayed for the first time in November 24 loved it so much we booked for November 25- but couldn't wait that long so we managed to squeeze in a summer visit! It's such a wonderful cottage. Same views, same warm welcome but with the sun glistening on the sea and the pub next door open every day

Wonderful cottage

What a wonderful weekend we have had at Galleon House. This cottage is stunning and the attention to detail in the accommodation and decor is first class. All home comfort you can ever dream of and the homemade lemon drizzle cake was outstanding. Can’t wait to go again next year.

Fantastic cottage overlooking the sea..the views from the big windows were amazing..absolutely everything you could possibly need is in the cottage ..sarah the host left a fantastic welcome package and a beautiful homemade cake which went down a treat each day after a walk on the beach.. and the chocolates left on the pillows were a lovely touch..The furnishings were all beautifully thought of with the character of the cottage..The surrounding area was beautiful too..we will definitely be back as we loved it so much..The pub next door was also welcoming with lovely food ...
