Harlech is a world heritage site and the castle is not to be missed! Ideally situated for miles of sweeping sandy beaches, ‘Royal St David’s golf club’ and stunning walks are easily accessible from the apartment. There is lots to do in Harlech and Barmouth with independent shops, pubs and eateries. Ground floor apartment with views of the historic 12c castle. It has 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, free parking, free wifi. Pet friendly. £10 per person per day supplement applies utilizing the bed sofa.

Lounge Holidays are pleased to offer this reasonably priced, pet friendly, coastal bolthole. Harlech Apartment, on Glan Gors, is a spaciously and contemporary styled, ground floor apartment with a sunny south westerly aspect and views of the historic 12c castle. Ideally located for golfing enthusiasts, the apartment is within walking distance to the Royal St David’s golf club, listed in the top 100 courses of the British Isles. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, free parking and is part of a development of mainly residential apartments only two storeys high, built about 20 years ago. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guest by utilising the bed settee in the sitting room. ACCOMMODATION Living room: A sunny and spacious sitting/dining room with the focal point being the patio doors which open onto the communal garden and enjoys lovely views of the castle over the open garden with playing fields behind. There is laminate wood look flooring, a feature electric fire place and surround, electric storage heater, 2 seater bed settee and cosy armchair, 2 wooden dining chairs and a round wooden dining table. There is flat screen Freesat TV/DVD for your entertainment. Kitchen: A lovely, modern, separate kitchen is next to the living room. The kitchen has fully fitted kitchen units and a tiled effect floor. There is an electric cooker with 4 rings, under-counter fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. Washing machine, iron, airier and ironing board. It has ample storage and is newly equipped with everything you would expect in a well presented holiday home kitchen inc pots, pans, glasses and all the crockery. Bedroom sleeps 2: With double bed, built in wardrobe, bed side table, window overlooking the front and electric storage heater. Bedding and towels provided. We can accommodate 2 extra guests by utilizing the bed settee, bedding provided and £35 per extra person supplement applies. Family Bathroom: Including a bath with electric shower overhead, toilet, pedestal sink unit, side window, part wall tiling and electric heated towel rail. OUTSIDE: Sunny terrace and communal gardens. Through the patio doors and onto the sunny terrace, there is a wooden garden table plus chairs. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun and enjoy the fabulous views of the castle. The property has a shed to store the garden furniture. The apartment is surrounded by well-kept grassy areas and mature trees. There is plenty of FREE parking to the front of the apartment block."

Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £199 for any stay. Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applied to each booking. If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement. Changeover day is FRIDAY in the main season. It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.

In order to comply with our agency holiday letting insurance, even though you have provided your details to AirBNB we will ask you to provide your full name, home address, the names plus the rough ages of all the guests, so we can confirm your booking. Your personal details will be kept secure and will not be shared with any 3rd party. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection rules.

Charging of electric cars.

Some of our properties are fitted with professionally installed and connected EVCPs (Electric Vehicle Charging Points) for the safe charging of electric cars. The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
