Location is very convenient. You are near all attractions. Condo was decently clean but outdated. There were some broken things but not a huge deal. Bed was comfortable. AC in the room was a plus! Bring extra towels and washcloths if you are staying multiple days.

Clean, accommodating, and great location!

The beach view was excellent and one of the highlights of the stay. The room itself was very spacious and featured large screen television, which added to the overall comfort. While the rooms could have been slightly cleaner, this may be due to its location directly across from the beach. Even with the doors closed, there was a noticeable breeze, which likely allowed some sand to enter the living area. This was not a major issue, but something we became accustomed to during our stay.Napoleon was a pleasure to work with and was very attentive, checking in with us multiple times to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall, it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

Wonderful property!

Everything was great - from the 11th story balcony view over the ocean to the ever helpful host! Large kitchen & living area easily accommodated our group of 6 adults. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Vacation Place

We loved staying in this beautiful condo right across the street from the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and able to have an amazing vacation! I definitely would stay here again! Thanks Napoleon for everything!

Easy to get to. Great views, and close enough to just about anything you want to see or visit in Galveston.

Beautiful place by the ocean!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Napolean's condo by the sea. It was well stocked and the kids loved having their own space. Beautiful view of the ocean, location was close to a lot of great restaurants, sites. We will definitely be coming back here, and recommend this beautiful place to anyone thinking of visiting Galveston!

Hello, Glad you had a great stay but wish you would elaborate on the balcony issue. I was there the other day and all was fine. The tenant after you also did not mention any issues with the balcony.

Great stay

The condo was older but they’re remodeling is looking really nice. It was very quiet even though it was close to a busy road. The beach was amazing, loved the location. Whenever I had a question the owner was quick to respond.

Great Location, Very Nice Accomodations

Right on the beach. Plenty of parking. 11th floor view of beach. Beautiful accommodations; HUGE flat panel TV screen in living area. Highly recommended.

Condo was an amazing location and roomy. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. I would recommend this unit and will consider same stay if we travel to Galveston again.

Needs major remodeling done. Replace flush valves because guest bathroom toilet won't flush at all, get rid of that rotten sewer smelling in the showers. Needs some serious deep cleaning. Views are awesome! Large balcony, easy access to everything.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. However, strange that at no time during your stay did you reach out to complain. I make sure I am available for any questions or issues. I did also reach out the first day and nothing negative was stated. I will look into the flush valve. The place is exactly as it is shown on the listing. I make of that sure so there are issues. Regarding the sewer smell I will also discuss that with the building. I do know that prior to your stay another unit on the 9th floor below us had a water leak and they had shut off all of the water to the building for a day to make repairs. Not sure if that was the issue. Sorry but that is out of my control. I do know I have never had a smell complaint previously. Nevertheless, thank you for your stay and hope to host you again in the future.

Enjoyed the stay. I recommend to put bar kind of chairs out on patio to see out better, especially short people like me 😁

Beautiful views
