Karankawa Beach is a charming, quiet neighborhood adjacent to Jamaica Beach, and beach access is just one house away! We provide a wagon, chairs, beach towels, and beach toys to make your day in the sun even more enjoyable. With no vehicles allowed on the beach, the area stays uncrowded and safe, perfect for kids building sandcastles or making trips back and forth from the house. There’s no need to rush out early to claim your spot, and no cars will block your view—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

A short, convenient walking path leads to Seven Seas Grocery and Market, as well as Nate's West End Seafood & Steaks. If you're in the mood for live music or catching a game, head to Galvestonite Bistro. For a morning coffee fix, stop by Pariah Coffee, or grab a pizza or burger to-go at Way West Grill—all just a three-minute drive from Pour Me a Vacation! For fishing enthusiasts, Bait Daddy’s has everything you need, and Rick's Beach Rentals offers golf carts, surfboards, kayaks, beach umbrellas, and more—both located just across the main road from the neighborhood.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: 1 king bed with an en-suite bathroom (shower only). There's also enough space to set up a blow-up mattress or pack-n-play for young children. TV in room.
Guest Bedroom 1: 1 king bed with an en-suite bathroom (shower only). TV in room.
Guest Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom) with a pull-out single trundle bed. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo is right next to this room. TV in room.

Pour Me a Vacation offers convenient parking with space for two to three vehicles under the covered area, plus room for four more in the uncovered driveway. Street parking on one side of the road is also permitted.

The outdoor area is equipped with two security cameras, used only when the property is unoccupied, to verify cleaning and lawn maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and to ensure no pets are brought onto the property.
