Villa Dionysos

Amidst a generous area of garden the accommodation ranges over two levels of comfortable living space all with easy access to the wrap around terraces and balconies from where the sea views are simply stunning. One of a select group of Villas sharing the peninsular just south of the village of Spartia , we consider that Villa Dionysos has a prime position at the end of the lane.

Location - Spartia
A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock platform lapped by the sea furnished with sunbeds and parasols. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
A few kilometers from Villa Dionysos is tiny Spartia’s maze like narrow roads all leading to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas. For more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away.

Sitting Area – L shaped comfy sofas, plasma TV with satellite (limited channels/news only), DVD player and two large French doors to the covered dining terrace, with pool and sea view. Air Con Unit.
Dining Area - Wooden table and seating for six.
Kitchen Area - Wooden fitted cupboards, double sink, electric oven with hobs, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), dishwasher, ashing machine and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden. French doors to the covered dining terrace with pool and sea views.
Twin bedroom – Two single beds, a window with a garden view. Air Con Unit.
Shower room - Tiled walk in shower, washbasin, WC.

First Floor
Double bedroom with en suite bath/shower room - Double bed. French doors to sea view terrace. Tiled en suite bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower, wash basin, WC. Air con unit

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

Parking - There is parking in the entrance courtyard
