We can't wait to welcome you to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B8 in sunny South Maui! Condo B8 is a 2-bedroom, Oceanfront townhouse-style condo on the 2nd level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands Condominiums. It has a King bed in main-level bedroom; a Queen bed in the upstairs loft (with full en suite bathroom) and a new non-sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is newly remodeled. Mini-split Mitsubishi A/Cs in the living area, bedroom and loft keep the entire condo cool and comfortable.

Kihei Sands Condominium sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, and stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet! Our Patio and lawn areas are idyllic. Enjoy each morning with fresh brewed coffee and each evening watching a spectacular Sunset while you grill dinner and sip a beverage.

Kihei Sands is a special place full of the Aloha spirit. Our intimate layout provides the perfect location for reunions, group getaways, honeymooners, seniors, families, couples and friends. With 22 units to choose from it’s easy to find the perfect fit for everyone in your group, from number of bedrooms (1, 2 & 3) to bed configurations.

Kihei Sands offers a wonderful alternative to crowded resorts with the intimate nature of our complex offering only 29 units total. To promote the health and safety of our guests and staff we have put into practice an enhanced protocol for vacation rental cleanliness: Kihei Sands Superior Clean. Our new cleaning program meets or exceeds CDC recommendations and aligns with guidance from hospitality industry experts. Our goal is to provide even more support and protection to everyone in the Kihei Sands community.

A short walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries and shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, Shave Ice, and a small diner. There are numerous dining and shopping options within a couple miles of Kihei Sands. Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our first time to Hawaii. The location in N Kihei allowed us to easily travel to other parts of the island. The condo was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching the area come to life for the day. A perfect place for taking walks on the beach or sunning yourself at the pool. Many restaurants within a short drive. Only had one interaction with the onsite management company and was easily booked online. Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo with a great view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The couch is very old and worn out. It is not comfortable to sit on and the pillows are very dirty. The location is great and the property is clean and well kept. I have stayed at the location twice and would recommend it to anyone.
