Cozy Studio with sea views and walking distance from the beach

**Ongoing reformations on the building until further notice**

At short walking distance from Port de Sóller harbour you find this Studio situated in a little community, with views to the bay and the surrounding mountains. The studio is located on the first floor (no elevator) and the access is over a staircase with quite a number of low steps. Its location offers a great view of the harbor, and in less than 5 minutes you are down by the marina, with all the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and rest of amenities of the area.

The Studio offers a bright and friendly ambience with amazing views from the living-dining room and an open plan kitchen. Opening the big sliding glass front, to the sides, you get a covered terrace feeling and enjoy indescribable views. There is a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.


The Studio is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi, washing machine, oven/microwave, and all the items you might need to spend a lovely and relaxing time in a perfect location.

It’s a perfect apartment for a couple who want to enjoy Sóller, it had everything we needed. And the view was magnificent.. Walk up the steps, did a lot of good because we got out of breath every time. So it helped us keep our weight down.

The perfect week away

A great location, two minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. We really appreciated the host sending over restaurant and other recommendations before we arrived. A brilliant stay!

Great little apartment in Port Do Soller!

Clean, beautiful, and spacious studio apartment in Port Do Soller! Location is amazing (just note you'll be walking up a hill and stairs). Host was super communicative and helpful! Loved this stay.

Virginia was the best manager. Arranged for me to stay a bit late (because I arrived later than expected) & even helped me find the property after I exited my taxi at the wrong set of stairs (12 hour flights are brutal!) the place was cozy & had every amenity you could possibly need. The perfect neighborhood full of wonderful restaurants. Very safe, very obliging, very exciting. (For the rock climbers of the world, STAY HERE! It’s a 5 minute walk to DWS!!!!) 100/10 will be staying here again. Hot water system could use some improvement, but everything else is beyond reproach.

Amazing location, stunning views

My husband and I stayed a week here for our trip to Mallorca. The apartment is spacious and even better than the photos. The views are amazing and location is very close to the beach and restaurants. Parking was easy with a free lot close by. There is a hill to walk up and many stairs to get to the property so keep that in mind.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and had all necessary amenities including a washing machine. The location is very good being a 3 minute walk from the beach. Car parking was a slight issue but we found there was enough street parking available which wasn’t too far of a walk.

Beautiful Studio Apartment

This was an beautiful studio apartment, exactly as it was in the photos. A 2 minute walk to the fantastic marina area with wonderful bars and restaurant. A fantastic apartment and resort probably our favourite holiday, many thanks to the owners.

Lovely flat with a great location

We loved our stay in this comfy apartment. It was clean, simply stylish and the views were great. No issues with check in and the location was great. Only little issue was sometimes parking could give you a hard time but it was really minor. Thank you.

Top recommendation

We have been here for a second visit after last year’s great trip. The location is perfect for our long distance cycling adventures. The apartment is beautiful, well kept, in a quiet location just minutes off the Port de Sollér Marina. Wifi works well, the kitchen is well equipped and the views from the breakfast table into the sunrise are priceless.

Absolutely amazing find in Port de Soller with fantastic view on the port. The Apartment is bright and very cozy. Perfect for a couple. All amenities were as described. Short walk to the beach all the great restaurants. Needed to contact the owner/management to extend the stay for an additional day. Very easy to deal with and very prompt in responding. Can't wait to stay at this property again in the future. Had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing time in this cozy studio! It was perfectly located in Port de Sóller. We were a short minute walk from the port. The views were spectacular. The studio itself was very clean, cozy, decorated and furnished well. There is proper AC, and all necessary amenities. Accessing the property was straight forward. We did have to park our car on the street as there is no parking included but that wasn’t a problem. The property is located up a flight of stairs so please just be aware of that! Other than that we enjoyed how quiet, clean and relaxing our stay was. If we ever return to Port de Sóller we will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Great space great location

Literally up the street from the main area of Port de Soller. Apartment was even bigger than expected. Clear communication from host. Yes, parking can be a little tricky at time but that's to be expected in a town like this when you're so central.

Gem in Port de Soller

This is a wonderfully located Apartment. Just a short walk to the port. The apartment is up a flight of steps The apartment is spacious and well presented. Perfect for a holiday for 1 or 2 people. It’s fully open plan with a curtain dividing the living space from the sleeping area. This is my third visit to this location and I was not disappointed. Great support from the host for arrival and for departure.

Great spot for simple solo /couple travelers

Spot had everything you need for a long weekend / week stay. Easy walking access to all of the port. all locations are about 4 - 10 min walk. Everything was just as advertised in the post. Clean, A/C worked, Quiet neighbors, good Internet, great little washing machine for a weeks worth of laundry. I loved being able to walk down to the beach and morning or evening swims in 5 min and back for a shower. Would rent again

Great stay in fab location

The apartment was wonderful and just a short 5 min walk down to the port front. We had hired a car and was able to park it in an area outside the apartment with ease on most occasions. Communication with the host was great, she always replied promptly and offered any help where needed. The flat was kitted with all the basic equipment needed- the beach umbrella was a life saviour! All in all it was a great base for exploring the west of the island. We had a lovely stay! Thank you!

Super Port Appartment

A very comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very clean and welcoming on arrival. The apartment has A fine view onto the bay of Port De Soller. It is a hard climb to the apartment especially with luggage but well worth it. It is a short downhill walk into the port with a vast variety of restaurants and water side features. This is my second stay here and it was equally as good as the previous visit. Well located. Good standard of accommodation. Would definitely consider another visit.
