Spacious, clean and beautiful views. A car is a must and the ability to walk up steps too. Worth the climb for the views and the starry night sky. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Great roomy apartment with stunning balcony and use of shared pool (which we always had to ourselves). Fabulous to sit and look at the bay and mountains. Good air conditioning and comfy beds. Only drawback is the climb up the hill which is quite a trek. We did use taxi’s several times as too hot - easily available.

Wonderful location with stunning views across the bay to the mountains - and a steep climb up from the resort! Spacious and airy apartment with large roof terrace which we enjoyed a great deal..

Spacious apartment - plenty of space to accommodate four people if needed. The views from the terrace are spectacular - seeing the sun rise over the mountains was incredible. Air conditioning was effective and overall the facilities were good. We did not have a car and walking up to the apartment from town is a consideration if you’re not fit. That said the views are worth it and you can get a taxi easily. Lots of good restaurants close by. The pool is lovely and we had it to ourselves most of the time - it’s shared between three apartments only. Great comms from the owner - overall highly recommended and good value.

Amazing view

We had a great stay. The highlight was the amazing view, outdoor space and proximity to beautiful nature walks and coastline. It's a bit of a walk from Port de Soller. A few things to be aware of; the internet is not great and there's no drinking water.

Port de Soller.

Apartment has superb views over Port de Soller and is a large apartment with excellent lounge /kitchen area plus 2 bedrooms. A bit of a walk back from the port - realistically 20 minutes uphill and take a torch. Overall very pleased

Premar September 2023

Great location with a fantastic view over the port, but you need a car if you‘re handicapped walking uphill. Nice, spacious and clean appartment with a clean pool (shared). Half way down stop at Es Mirall for a Sangria. We‘ll come back.

Fabulous views of the bay from large private rooftop terrace

Spacious and clean apartment in a quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the beach/restaurants - uphill on the way back! But this means great views from super outdoor terrace area. About 30 steps up to the apartment. Reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Good prompt communication with Regina, the host.

A spacious apartment with a really good view.

We stayed a week, two adults and two seventeen year olds. The apartment worked perfectly for us, it’s great to have two bathrooms. We used the rooftop deck for eating meals, and just relaxing. The pool is super nice, and refreshing. Only a short drive away, we watched the sunset. It’s a lot of stairs to get around the property, so maybe it would be challenging to move around with small children or for ones with difficulties with mobility. The landlord is really welcoming and nice, and did her best to make our holiday perfect.

Nice apartment but oh the steps

The property is lovely BUT there are over 30 steps to access the property and a further flight to get to the terrace. This was not advertised but was notified in the week prior to travelling. If I had realised the amount of stairs involved at the time of booking I would never have booked this property.

Dear Dave, I'm sorry the stairs were a problem for you. The apartment description states that the apartment is not recommended for people with reduced mobility because access is via stairs, and it also states that the terrace is one level above the apartment. I'm sorry you didn't realize this when reading the description. We try to be clear about everything and always answer any questions. All the best

Wonderful apartment.

Brilliant apartment in the beautiful port of Sóller. It is located just outside the port so is nice and quiet. It is a 15minute walk to the start of the port so I would agree that as advised you need a car or taxi. The apartment was spotless and we had no problems whosoever. The view from the patio/balcony down over the port is sensational (apartment 2). Air conditioning worked a treat. The vendor was extremely helpful during the booking, arrival and departure. We will absolutely come back !

Outstanding

This is almost certainly the best place we have stayed. The apartment is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated. I cannot explain the views from the terrace. The photos don't even do it justice. It is spectacular. The whole way around the bay and marina. Beautiful at night too. The partial cover of the terrace was great in the heat. Regina is a super host with so much knowledge of the area. We definitely advise a car. Car hire is very cheap, works out a little more than a taxi. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and we look forward to returning again.

We never ended up staying at this rental! The house sat on a very steep and narrow road. The property itself was on a very steep hill. At least 15 flight of stairs to the apartment. Which was not mentioned on the website. Only after, did the manager send a message via email st

Dear Holly, I'm so sorry you didn't want to stay in our beautiful apartment. We always say that we are on a hill and that's why we have such a wonderful views. Looking at the pictures you can see that we are in an elevated place. For a long time, at the end of the description, you can read that the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. Before your arrival I sent you an email explaining the check-in with pictures of the entrance, where the stairs could be seen. If your husband has reduced mobility, I recommend that you always ask about access to the house you rent to avoid surprises. I also recommend researching which area you are traveling to, since Soller is in a mountainous area full of narrow and steep roads. Kind regards

Het appartement had een prachtig uitzicht, was niet heel gezellig aangekleed maar gezien het mooie weer ben je toch de hele dag weg. Het zwembad lag aan de andere kant van het gebouw en het terras lag een verdieping hoger dus hebben we daar weinig tot geen gebruik van gemaakt. De bedden vonden wij aan de harde kant. Verder was alles schoon en genoeg schone handdoeken. De keuken hebben we niet gebruikt aangezien we uit ontbijten en uit eten gingen. De wandeling naar de boulevard was wel pittig, met name terug omhoog en langer dan gedacht. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep prima.

Yes, we are situated quite high up on a hill, which is why we always recommend renting a car. That is the reason the views from the terrace are so amazing. Yes, the terrace is one level above the apartment (as explained in the apartment description). It is a shame you didn't use it much, as it is the perfect place to spend hours gazing at the scenery. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, von der Terrasse hat man eine fantastische Aussicht über dem Hafen von Soller. Das Apartment hat alles, was man benötigt, vor allem die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer unverzichtbar.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit wunderbarer Aussicht über die Bucht von Sóller. Da es am Steilhang liegt ist ein Auto notwendig um am Meer baden zu können. Steilhang bedeutet auch 32 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung und nochmals 18 zur Terrasse. Sehr schöner Pool mit ausreichend Strandliegen- aber erneut die 32 Stufen.

Es war sehr sauber, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, der Pool war super gepflegt und sauber, Vorsicht bei der Begehung der Poolumrandung unbedingt Latschen tragen, teils herausstehende Schrauben und an einer Stelle ein Loch in den Planken, Unfallgefahr. Es gibt kein deutsches TV, das Mobiliar ziemlich abgenutzt, der Unterbau der Sofas hängt in Fetzen herunter. Die Matratzen sind gut aber hart, brauchte ein paar Tage mich dran zu gewöhnen.
