Fantástico e moderno apartamento localizado numa urbanização privada muito calma. Mobilado, com um grande terraço e vistas impressionantes sobre o porto, rodeado de montanhas e Sóller. Tem cozinha, sala e ar condicionado em todas as divisões. O terraço tem mesa e cadeiras para refeições ao ar livre e espreguiçadeiras para banhos de sol. Piscina para compartilhar entre os 3 apartamentos. Não recomendado para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, pois o acesso é feito por escadas.
Recomendamos chegar de carro, pois os apartamentos ficam em um morro e o supermercado não fica próximo. Fácil estacionamento.
A praia, restaurantes e lojas ficam a 15 minutos a pé.

This is a lovely property with stunning views over the bay. The apartment and terrace are spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The pool is lovely and is in raised position to maximise the views of the bay and mountains and for the majority of our stay it was like having our own private pool. The owners advice regarding hiring a car is accurate as the walk downhill to the bay is only just over 10 minutes, however, the return walk in high temperatures was challenging but easily resolved by either driving down and back or returning by a short taxi ride. We thought it was excellent value for money with regard to location, outlook and facilities and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here.

We had a fantastic holiday, and this was very much due to the lovely apartment, which fully lived up to the expectations set by the photos and description. Our host, Regina, was very kind and welcoming, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The pool was a great bonus, and the view over the whole of Port de Sóller was absolutely stunning.The apartment is located away from the town, making it very peaceful, yet it only took 10–15 minutes to get to and from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It is also perfectly situated for both short and long hikes in the area.We can highly recommend the apartment, the host, and the area, and we would be very happy to return.

Wonderful place

Fantastic place

What a lovely apartment and great host. It was a little higher up the hill than I realised, but the bonus view more than made up for it.

nice place

It's a nice place overall. The walk to the beach really takes like 15 minutes but includes about 70 meters of height difference.

Nice view, laidback athmosphere

The apartman and its terasse has a beautiful view over Port de Soller. A car is recommended. The host is very helpful, Regina gave us a lot of information, the communication was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is a spacious and clean apartment with lovely views of Port de Soller, a large terrace, and a shared pool.It is up a long steep hill so a car is recommended if you don’t fancy carrying your shopping up the hill. Parking is on the road outside of the property.The living area is large with good amenities including well equipped kitchen and washing machine. There is also a bbq for use on the terrace.The bathroom is clean with a good shower but could do with a bit of tlc.The bedroom is of a good size but we were only supplied with one very thin and lumpy pillow each, a sheet, and a very thin blanket. There were no spares or extras in the cupboard. The shared pool is a great amenity and we were lucky that when we stayed we had the pool to ourselves almost all of the time. Some of the sunbeds, however, were broken. We were also lucky that no one was staying in the apartment above us until the last day, because once it was occupied there was far more noise coming from above such as footsteps and chairs being moved which we could hear very clearly through the ceiling. Overall I would stay here again.

Yes, we are located at the top of a hill (we mention this in the apartment description on our website), which is why the views are so amazing. Regarding the thin sheets, I believe it is a cultural difference. Here in Spain, we use thin sheets in the summer due to the heat and never use blankets during that season. Port Sóller

We had a very nice time in the apartment, the view from the terrace was great. Everything worked perfectly, we would come again.

Spectacular view

Wonderful location overlooking the port of Soller. Peaceful, absorbing vibe with the light of evening altering the mountain hues from minute to minute. Steep climb up from the port really requires car transport unless you feel ultra-fit.

Port Soller

Comfortable stay with fantastic views. Port Soller has many bars and restaurants to choose from. Soller town a short tram ride away and well worth a visit. The pool was welcoming after a hot day sightseeing.. The owners where great and very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Fab view Spacious apartment

The apartment is wonderfully spacious for 2. It is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the added bonus of a fab view. The apartment has big picture windows overlooking the bay. it is a pleasant 20 minute walk down to the town and a bit longer on the way up.

Great stay

The house and views are better than expected. We walked and didn’t get a car (it was very difficult and steep as could be but we just about managed it) would definitely go with the recommendation of getting a car. The downside to the place was the salt water being the only water in the whole apartment which we hadn’t realised before. Overall the owners were great and it was a lovely place to stay.

Everything about the apartment itself was very good,clean,spacious and very quiet. The views were stunning given the elevated location but as a regular walker i never hire cars on holiday, walking up in the day heat was not enjoyable although I did it every day and as far as I know i'm still alive. Regina (the host) was friendly without being intrusive and if you ever need lemons...well. So highly recommend but you really do need transport to fully enjoy.

Incredible view

The VRBO photos don't do the view justice, it is incredible for the price point. We were very happy with the condo location and the property's private pool. I would warn US travelers that there is no dryer for clothes and towels, furnishings are basic, and that the water in the condo is not drinkable. Be prepared to have a car to transport bottled water & what else you need for your stay up the steep hill. These inconveniences will seem minor once you open the condo windows up and enjoy the breezes & stunning view of Port Soller! We rate it a 5 for price point. We hope to return to this beautiful place, one of the best towns we visited on the island.

Lovely apartment with superb views and great pool

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apartment which was comfortable and well appointed. There was a large patio with chairs, sun beds and table to relax on. The views over Port de Sóller and the mountains are superb and there is a lovely pool to cool off in. We didn’t have a car which did mean a bit of a climb up the hill so we are very fit by the end of our holiday. There’s lots of restaurants to choose from in Port de Sóller and easy access to the old tram to Sóller. The only downside is that there isn’t any drinking water in the apartment and without a car it meant a lot of water carrying. If you go without a car would recommend getting a supermarket load and a taxi from the other side of the bay.

Dejlig lejlighed med en skøn udsigt og en kølig pool.Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge og Regina var meget behjælpelig, da vi stod og pludselig ikke havde en dråbe vand hverken i køkkenet eller badeværelset. Det blev ordnet med det samme.
