Spend your next holiday in our 33m2 duplex maisonnette in northern France! Le Crotoy is an attractive seaside resort in the magnificent Somme Bay. Enjoy strolls along the sea, cycling through the scenic surroundings, or discovery the incredible history of the area. After a wonderful day outside, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants before returning to our maisonnette in the evening to relax.

Our maisonnette has 1 BEDROOM with 2 Single beds on the second floor. There's also a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM, which features a bathtub and a separate WC. We'll provide you with bedroom and bathroom linen! Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the Sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV. Connect with friends and family back home using the paid Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto your private patio or balcony and enjoy the fresh air.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite electric coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Villas de la Baie where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared indoor pool, the board games (available at reception), and the children's activities (only available in the summer). If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site (max 1 space per maisonnette).

Please let us know if you would like to bring your pet and we may be able to accommodate them for €12/day. Baby kits (bed + chair + tub) are available for €8/day.

Please note that a fully-refundable damage deposit of €300 plus €50 key for the car park, a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, and a small daily eco tax between €0.50 and €3 will be collected upon arrival. An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and a drivers licence is not valid. An end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included!
