This luxury ground floor Ski-In Ski-Out condo is perfect for your mountain vacation. Enjoy the elegant family room with ten foot high ceilings featuring comfy leather furniture to relax in front of the gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. There is also a queen size Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience in addition to high speed wireless internet. There are even a couple of sleds in the closet for the little ones to enjoy on the hill next to the condo. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen will make anyone feel right at home. Featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range you will be happy to cook your meals right here at home. The dining room table will seat four people comfortably and there are two additional seats at the bar.The wonderful primary bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a private entrance to your separate balcony off your bedroom. The oversized en suite bathroom features double sinks, a large whirlpool tub, and a separate walk in glass shower. The guest bathroom also has a walk in shower.Nestled at the end of an exclusive heated access road, The Timbers and Lone Eagle are the finest condominium residences in Keystone providing unmatched Ski-In Ski-Out access to keystone mountain. These condos are the only ski in out keystone offers so location is amazing. Hints the high nightly rent. Facility itself is in great shape and condo we rented could use some attention to detail and or remodeling in areas as itā€™s fairly dated and showing itā€™s age. Condo was clean for the most part besides the master shower that has mildew and could use a deep clean. Master sink tile and grout is showing its age and could use some tlc and master toilet had to hold the flusher to get it flushed and needs looked at. Master bed was nice and fairly comfortable but insane tall for our liking and would probably be an issue for elderly. Had most items we needed for our stay but we arenā€™t in the condo much other than to sleep. Lockers close by and pool and hot tub just steps away. Complimentary coffee and hot cocoa just outside the room in lobby also was a plus. Downside the lobby was just steps outside the room where a grand piano sits for ppl to play at all hours of the day/night so that wasnā€™t something we had planned for and it can get obnoxious when trying to sleep! Overall great stay and check in and out was easy enough and heated garage was nice but stalls are very small for larger vehicles. Upon check in and even after 4 days stay the condo had an Indian food or strong curry smell to it that wouldnā€™t go away and needs addressed! Would definitely consider this unit for future stays if small items Iā€™ve mentioned get addressed and or the nightly pricing to reflect so.

Great Ski-in-ski-out!

Spacious condo. Plenty of room. Love the lobby, jacuzzi, and ability to ski to the lift in Summit lift in the morning. Very clean. There was a smell, like smoke in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo.

Clean condo and fantastic location

The unit and entire building is very well maintained and in a perfect ski in/ski out location to the River Run gondola. The bed was VERY hard and the pillows are very thin, which led to some discomfort. Also, the property management company was not communicative. On the day of our arrival, we still had not received our check-in instructions, which I have never experienced before. I reached out to them and they told me to check my spam, but I received it 20 minutes later. Also, we never received a text message that our room was ready for check in, we just drove to the office and inquired.

Very nice room ans location

The Timbers is very nice. We have stayed at Long Eagle (next door) several times in the past but never stayed at the Timbers. The room is located on the central floor but I found it to be perfect I.e right by the fitness area and ski lockers. I recommend this room for a couples.

Great condo - exceeded expectations!

This property was perfect for a quick ski trip with my son. Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to Keystone. The location of this unit being only one level up from the garage and same floor as gym, pool and common area was perfect too. Highly recommend!

Great location

The location canā€™t be beat for skiing Keystone. Youā€™re just a short walk from the gondola. The condo is nice. This one does not have a view. Itā€™s also on the main floor right next to the gym/pool/lounge. So it could get a little loud.

Fabulous location.. Right by trails, town, and gondula. Beautiful surrounding. Unit has plenty of room. Clean, all amenities you would need. Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Loved having the underground garage. Loved the place! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo. Housekeeping attention to detail needs improvement!

We had several issues that were all housekeeping related. Not enough pillow cases-we called and they brought them over. No humidifiers (supposed to be two in the unit)-we called and they brought them over. No soap in the bathrooms-we brought are own, but come on. Water did not drain in either shower-at this point we were tired of calling and bought drano. Individually, these are all small things. If i'm paying $100 a night, no big issue. But for what they are charging per night these should not happen. Housekeeping! And, to be fair, we called as we checked out and summarized our stay; and the manager did give us a small refund for our trouble.

Excellent Property!

Great property and first floor location was very convenient. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable! Love the Honor Bar system....pretty sure we contributed more than we consumed. One of the most well equipped condos Iā€™ve stayed in. Cheers!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at 3056 The Timbers. The condo was a good size, beds were comfy, two nice full bathrooms with great showers and we loved the ski-in/ski-out aspect of The Timbers! Would stay again!

Loved the location and the condo. Only issue was the shower water wasnĀ’t hot enough especially when it got cold. Maintenance came out but by the time we left 3 days later it hadnĀ’t really changed. Would definitely stay again hopefully next summer

Quiet and Comfortable

We booked a list minute trip to Keystone to celebrate our 25th anniversary, luckily this gem of a condo was available! The location is nice and secluded, but yet within walking distance to the River Run village with shops, restaurants, and bars. The Condo is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to cook anything. Having two bathrooms was nice, the bed is very comfortable. Keep in mind in the summer months, there is no air conditioning, but with a few windows open we were comfortable. There is underground parking that comes with the rental as well. Would definitely stay here again! The folks at Sky Run were always available and very helpful if needed.

AMAZING mountain home (condo)

Absolutely amazing and beautiful mountain home/condo. We could not have asked for better accommodations while staying in Keystone. Ski in/out and right next to the gondola and lifts. A short two-minute walk over the bridge to the super-fun (and VERY kid-friendly) village. The Born family could not have been more accommodating - such a pleasant experience. You will not be disappointed staying at 3056 The Timbers - PERFECT! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Keystone. We will definitely be back.
