Excellent property in a great location.

El Farito PH is a great choice for a stay in Punta Mita. Right on the beach and a short walk to to the marina and all of the excellent restaurants in town. Check in with Eloisa was very easy and the condo has all that we needed for a group of friends visiting primarily for a fishing vacation.

Perfect Place for Thanksgiving for our Family!

We stayed here for a week during Thanksgiving. We loved the location and this home accommodated our group of 6 perfectly. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was equipped well enough to allow us to make a traditional American Thanksgiving dinner.

Great location with stunning views

This was our third time to Punta de Mita and our first stay at this property. Wonderful location overlooking Stinkyā€™s surf break which my brother, sister and I enjoyed longboarding throughout the week. The surf was fairly small but fun nevertheless. The property was clean and spacious. A few small issues such as one of the TVs not working and kitchen could have a few more cookware but overall weā€™re pleased with the furnishings. Walking distance to many restaurants and taco stands. Easy parking outside on the street. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

First time in Mexico...

...and it did not disappoint!! I rely heavily on previous reviews when booking through VRBO and they were all extremely accurate. The Farito Penthouse condo is HUGE, and the 2 decks have OUTSTANDING views of the beach, bay, harbor, sunrise AND sunset. The pool and hot tub were both at perfect temperatures, and the weather was consistent for the 3 weeks we were there (mid-70's, all sun, no rain). There was a nice selection of nearby restaurants, taco stands, shopping boutiques, convenience stores and pharmacies. Lety (property manager) was fantastic and responsive; she helped us set up prepared meals and travel arrangements. The beach in front of the condo is a little rocky and a surfer's paradise, but the sandier beach was only about 100 meters away. We like to snowbird in different parts of Florida every year, but if and when we return to Mexico, THIS WILL BE THE PLACE!

Great Views & Pool

The area in the immediate vicinity has some ā€œtemporaryā€ issues that are beyond control of the property owner/manager, but definitely worth considering. There is a major street construction project underway that makes walking directly to the ā€œrestaurant rowā€ sketchy. We had no problems, but if one has ambulatory issues s/he will have to consider taking a longer route. The beach in front of the unit is very rocky and has virtually no soft sand to speak of. This may have been caused by Hurricane Lidia in October 2023. The images of the beach currently in Google Maps satellite view are nothing like the beach today. Unless you walk very far towards the east, you will only find rocks and wet sand. The property manager Eloisa was fantastic and responded quickly via WhatsApp to any issues we had. She provided amazing fresh guacamole and beer for our arrival! In my opinion the property owner was trying to spend as little money as possible maintaining the unit (mostly minor issues). The view from this unit is extraordinary and we brought binoculars and had fun watching surfers and turtles. Weather first week in April was perfect. The pool and spa are tiled and were crystal clear. The pool temperature was ideal. The spa could have been hotter. Overall a 4/5 in my book. A few improvements by the owner and the completion of the road project would make it a 4.5 for me. Unfortunately the rocky beach was a big disappointment if Iā€™m being perfectly candid.

Awesome Views!

Two story Penthouse with fabulous views! Very roomy, two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Great place to just chill and take-in the views of the bay or beach below. Close to everything. I would recommend this Vrbo!

Favorite place in Punta de Mita!

This is our new favorite place. Daniel and his team were very accommodating and quick to respond to everything. They arranged everything for us, including shuttles, a stop at the Mega, additional supplies, etc. Super easy. This penthouse is AWESOME, with the two decks making it easy to enjoy the views either in a smaller group or the house as-a-whole up on top. Will absolutely stay here again!

Paradise!

What a wonderful condo to spend our annual family vacation in. We fell in love with Punta Mita and plan to return! The view was incredible. The access to the beach made beach days a breeze. Lety was super helpful answering our questions and setting various rides up for us. Would love to come back!

Nous avons passĆ© une magnifique semaine, nous Ć©tions 2 familles et le condo est tellement grand que nous avions chacun notre Ć©tage. Lā€™emplacement est merveilleux, juste en face du spot Ā«Ā StinkyĀ Ā» avec des boards Ć  louer juste Ć  la sortie du condo sur la plage. A 2 pas il y a un restaurant sur la plage et Ć  3 minutes de marche il y a tout les resto et un trĆØs bon cafĆ©, prĆ©voir une Ć©picerie avant dā€™arriver Ć  Punta de Mita. La piscine Ć©tait impeccable, il y a un endroit sĆ©curitaire pour mettre les surfs de toute faƧon je me suis toujours senti en sĆ©curitĆ©, les locaux sont super gentil. Il y a une immense terrasse avec une vue incroyable, bbq, table, chaises longues etc... je recommande ce condo et je vais assurĆ©ment y retourner !!!

Fantastic condo in great location

My best girlfriends and I celebrated a milestone birthday in Punta Mita. It couldn't have been better! The Penthouse was perfect. Tons of room, very clean, comfortable beds, fantastic view, warm pool, hot tub and all the necessary amenities. Daniel and Lety were super easy to work with and reach if needed. (We ran out of propane for the grill and had a new tank right away). The Farito condos are located near the "stinky river" by the little marina/Stinky's surf break and a short walk from the "main" part of town. It's a bit more residential and quiet. Nice walk in all directions--on beach, to "restaurant row" and the shops, but also to hidden treasures like Theresa's Tacos and Naev Cafe. Everything was fantastic and I would stay here again.

This place is spacious with practically everything you would need for your vacation stay. Location is great, heated pool & spa, bbq, gated access, spectacular views, air conditioning, & even laundry amenities if desired. The owner made everything easy making your stay stressful free..... best unit in the complex

Holy smokes! The map is deceiving. this complex is dead center in Punta Mita village. you are right in front of stinky's surf break, just north of the many condos along the beach and just south of all the beach front restaurants. when you go outside at night and look out the balcony you feel you are the most forward facing unit. Beautiful views, great sunrises. we hung out at the pool and pretty much had the place to ourselves as there are only 12 units in the whole complex. the use of a washing machine is FANTASTIC. He has the complete unit well stocked, blender, toaster, sharp knives, working washing machine. one shower had a weak water flow, but we had three others to use because there are FOUR bathrooms! /minimal drawback is your private patio is partially shared because a clear glass 1/2 wall separate you from the adjoining unit; however, you quickly become friends. many families were here and very safe. Also, because of location, it was quiet, which was a plus for the kids! Thank you!
