Right on the beach in Punta De Mita

This gorgeous second floor condominium sits directly on the beach and facing the ocean on the north shore of Banderas Bay in Punta de Mita, the Riviera Nayarit! The only thing between you and the beach is the infinity pool. The views are spectacular and unimpeded. In the event that the stunning sunrises, sunsets, and views from the 47 foot-long terrace are too much for you, the residence features full amenities including satellite TV/XM stereo, high speed wireless internet, and a video library. You will find a wonderfully furnished kitchen to prepare your favorite beverage, snack, or gourmet meal, or numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk if you don't want to cook at all. The unit is tastefully decorated and includes granite, stone, and marble in the dining area, kitchen, and baths, Mexican tile floors throughout, and elevator service direct to the unit.
The unit's large private terrace is a terrific place to dine, read, relax, nap, or entertain. The common outdoor patio area includes the 80-foot infinity pool, hot tub, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and shade palapas, and pool furniture.
The views from the master suite and great room are endless Pacific ocean expanses and include the Marietas Islands and across the bay to Puerto Vallarta and Yelapa.
Each bedroom has a deluxe King bed and private bathroom with large walk-in showers and tons of storage. The master bath also has a large soaking tub. The condominium is approximately 2500 square feet in size. There are only 18 condos in the building assuring you both peace and privacy for a restful, relaxing stay. Our building has a "chill" adult atmosphere and welcomes guests over 12 years of age.

As a courtesy to our amazing manager and her family -- and to help you plan your travels -- we do not offer check-in on Christmas Eve or New Year's Day.

Everything exceeded our expectations! VRBO can be a crapshoot sometimes but this unit underpromised and overdelivered. Dario was extremely helpful giving us the lay of the land at check in which made everything super easy. We will definitely be back!

Looking for a relaxing place to stay? This is it. Stunning sunrise / sunset views. We saw whales from the balcony. The place itself was immaculate, had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Place also had books, games, DVD's for use if you wanted. Communication with Rick (owner) and Dario (property mgr) was spot on. You can get everything you need in town, will need to walk a little (town isn't that big, though). Or, you can always get an Uber to take you into Bucerias to a larger store (20ish USD). People super friendly, very safe place to wander about. Local taco stands open at 6pm. We ate at a few places, Theresa's Tacos was one of them, would recommend. We will come back!

Comfortable, clean condo is nice location near restaurants

Pre-arrival information was great! Lots of detailed instructions about where to go, how to get there, maps, etc were all very helpful as we had never been to area before. Massage recommendation was excellent. Restaurants in town of Punta De Mita were all extremely full and very expensive compared to others in PV so beware and make reservations ahead of time if you are coming in peak seasons like Christmas, New Years, and Spring break! Beds were very comfortable, showers and baths were all clean and with amazing water pressure. Hot water runs out fast but can be tempered by lowering the water pressure. Towels are fluffy and plentiful! Pool towels too so that is very nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. LOTS of great pots, pans, utensils, bowls, Tervis Tumblers, Wine glasses, etc etc. Pool and view are excellent. Beach right out front is a little rocky, but surf break is great for beginners. Too crowded and easy for our surfers so they took a panga boat to a different point break off Punta De Mita and loved that. Excellent vacation that we will always cherish! Thank you!

An unbeatable view!!

From the moment we stepped on the lania and saw the spectacular view we knew we hit the jackpot! Suzanne and Rick were awesome and so helpful with their communication before and during our trip! The condo is clean and well stocked… we never needed to ask for anything. The pool is literally on top of the beach which made it feel like we were swimming in the ocean! The staff is very attentive to the property and is well maintained. We were very happy and had a fabulous week!!

Beachfront paradise

Another great trip to Punta de Mita. We’ve been to PdM a number of times over the last couple of years and most of them staying in this condo building. Excellent location and well appointed with all the amenities you need. We really liked being on the second floor, rather than ground floor, as it gives you a better view of the bay - especially for sunrise and sunset. We’ll be back!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, Large rooms and a stunning view. The veranda is the length of the whole unit and you can open up the doors to create a wonderful indoor outdoor kind of feel if you wish. There was a storm just before our arrival with high surf that unfortunately removed quite a bit of the sand from the beach, which made it difficult to walk the beach without shoes. But could see that the sand was slowly coming back by the time we were leaving. The town although a bit gritty is

Punta De Mita Get Out Of The Rain Trip

This is a great property direcly on the beach. The facility is quite, relaxing, and clean. The property owner was excellent to work with. Great communication, and very personable. We'll be back! Bonus: Excellent restaurant and corner store just steps away.

Amazing Stay in a perfect place!

This condo is in the perfect location to enjoy a sandy beach, surf, paddle board, soak up the sun at the pool, cook in or walk to town. The views are beautiful and the unit is very spacious and comfortable. We loved every minute of the visit. We even had our flights get canceled on the way home and the owner and manager of the unit were very accommodating! Great and welcoming team. Will definitely be back.

Terrific Beach Apartment

Super comfortable apartment with every amenity and more needed. Delightful stay, great management and super host - everyone was helpful, nice and we had a super time. The beach is gorgeous as is the pool. We will be back!

Perfect little getaway

Our family had a delightful time at this property. The pool and hot tub were perfect, the beach at from is rocky but when the tide is low, easy to walk from end to end and great for surfing. The town nearby has everything you need and the restaurant across the entrance is great in a pinch or even everyday! The condo itself was clean, well laid out (especially with 3 bathrooms) and comfortable. I enjoyed the yoga mats and balcony the most!

Going Back

We were at the property over the week of New Years 19/20. Nice property, great location. Very walk-able to all in-town restaurants. Lots of beachfront restaurants. Great beginner surf and boogie boarding right outside the condo. So much to do. Great, very attentive, property manager. Wish we could go back for Spring Break!

Dream getaway

We have stayed here for 2 different vacations now, and each time has been heavenly. The check-in process is easy and the team is helpful and responsive. Great owners, fantastic location

We really loved the location of this property-in the center of the beach area, a little away from the jetty where it was really busy but a quick walk to the action. The village center is a short walk (less than ten minutes) away with lots of options for food, companies that offer surfing lessons and souvenir shopping. The unit was super clean, had everything we needed (the high-pressure showers are great!) and has an unbelievable view. I did yoga (using the provided mat) several mornings at sunrise on the balcony which was an amazing way to start the day and work out sore muscles from kayaking and paddle boarding. We used Taxi Jose at the owner’s recommendation and he was fantastic. Having him right at the airport with a sign for us was bliss given how noisy & hectic the airport exit was. We hit a snag with some unforeseen construction in a different unit. Suzi, the owner, was immediately responsive and gave us several options for solving the noise issue. I would definitely return to Punta de Mita and this rental.

Loved the location and condo

The condo was great. Had everything we needed. And the pool and all the condo neighbors we met were fantastic. Our two tween-age kids were able to toggle between the nice easy surf break right there and the pool. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great condo right on the beach

Suzanne was one of the best VRBO owners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Jose met us at the airport and took us to the front door where the property manager was there to show us in and make us feel welcome. We have three teenagers and the property was perfect for us. The views were awesome and it is right on the beach. The only negative of the condo was there is only enough hot water for one warm shower then you have to wait quite awhile. The beach is rocky but beautiful. The best restaurants are on the beach.

Beautiful condo. Perfect setting.

Loved my stay in Suzanne and Rick’s condo. They made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, including airport transportation and a stocked fridge. The manager, Betty, was always available for questions. The building is well maintained. Best of all, it’s just steps to the beach!

Beautiful condo in a great location.

Lovely condo- perfect for the family

We loved our stay in Punta Mita and at this condo. It is just on 2nd floor and high enough to get great views of the ocean and mountains. The pool is great. Easy walk into town. Lovely hosts.

Beach location, large, quiet, and relaxing!

We just spent a week in this property in Punta Mita. Condo is very large, on the second level with 2 big bedrooms, common space, and 3 bathrooms. Master suite is awesome. The balcony is long and stretches the length of the condo facing the ocean and the pool/hot tub. You are literally overlooking the ocean! There is space in the condo property (not in the condo) to store surfboards. We felt very safe on this property and in the neighborhood. You need to have a key to enter the property from the street and the beach. There is a full kitchen with everything you might need. We cooked meals in the condo and also went out. We took advantage of the grocery service offered- fridge was stocked when we got there! The main downtown strip is about a 5 min walk, you can walk either on the beach or street. We rented a car but found we didn't really need it. If you plan on visiting Bucerias, Sayulita, or other towns nearby then maybe get a car but if you are just staying in Punta Mita and can walk- you don't need one. There are also some great little restaurants in the streets just behind the condo. Overall this was a super relaxing, quiet, peaceful environment- just what we were looking for! Would definitely stay again.

Our travels and adventures brought us to Punta de Mita -- unspoiled and uncrowded, peaceful and safe. Purchasing a property right on the beach was a dream we had talked about for years, and this place is perfect. Our building has only 18 units so it retains its peaceful qualities, unlike the typical resort condos. Travel to and from Punta de Mita is easy from just about anywhere in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The beach is literally just a few steps away. You can walk for miles along the beach at low tide. The panga harbor is a short walk away, you can hire a boat for diving, fishing, snorkeling, whale watching, or tours of the Mariettas Islands, just a few miles offshore (and part of our incredible view). There are a dozen or more restaurants along the beach -- everything from local fares to five-star, all within a 5 - 10 minute stroll from the property, plus several terrific street taco stands within a few minutes walk.
This is a great place for surfing, too, with a small break just a one minute walk down the beach.
