Chi Lowen, meaning House of Joy, provides contemporary spacious accommodation for eight guests. This fabulous home-from-home is well equipped, light and airy and tucked away in a peaceful location just a few minute’s walk to Carbis Bay beach. Arranged over two floors with on-site parking for three cars, Chi Lowen is a dog friendly, stylish and modern four-bedroom holiday home ideal for families.

The open plan living/kitchen and dining area is bright and airy with a large Smart TV, which can be enjoyed from the large corner sofa. There is a bonus of an extra living room on the ground floor again with a Smart TV and cosy sofa and chair with sliding patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge, Freezer and built-in Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a beautiful dining table which is perfect for those lazy breakfasts or casual dinners and a breakfast bar with two stools. A Utility Room is located off the kitchen area where you will find a washing machine.

Chi Lowen has four good size bedrooms. Located on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage and is decorated with a blue and white colour palette, giving the room a calm and tranquil feel. Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is a double bedroom with storage, a further bedroom with two single beds and a further room with a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed (suitable for children only). Please also note in this room there is a sloping ceiling which has limited headroom. All rooms are decorated to a high standard and have a light, airy crisp feel to them. This holiday home has two contemporary bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bath and overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is also another shower room with cubicle on the first floor with wash hand basin, WC and heated towel

There is a charming, enclosed garden to the rear of the holiday home with astroturf, seating and a decking area which is perfect for a barbeque or to enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.

Two Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home unattended or allowed on any furniture.
