Diamond in the Dunes is a gorgeous, Gulf-front home in Dunes of Destin. This home features beautiful Gulf views with a private pool and beach access for guests to enjoy their vacation with easy access to all of their favorite activities. Upon entering the main floor, guests will be greeted by a spiral staircase and the main area of the home, complete with an elevator for easy access to three floors. Beautiful white walls, updated finishes, LVP floors, and exposed beams create a clean and modern atmosphere. Gather in the living room and enjoy a movie with the family while enjoying the Gulf view from the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The open floor plan of this area is perfect for the family to be together while eating meals or relaxing in the living room. The extravagant kitchen features floating shelves, top-of-the-line commercial appliances, two dishwashers, and a spacious pantry. The entire family can gather around the large dining room table next to windows with beautiful views. Step onto the balcony to experience unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico through seamless glass railings. Also on the balcony, guests can access the pool area from a spiral staircase that leads to the pool deck.

The entire lower floor of the home consists of an enormous and unique bunk room with three built-in queen-over-queen-over-queen bunk beds. Two sofas accommodate this space around a large flat-screen TV. There are two bathrooms in this large space, each with two standalone, custom showers. Just off of the bunk area is a queen bedroom and a laundry room. Step onto the pool deck and splash into some fun in this stunning private pool with a built-in spa tub! Guests can also access the beach via private beach access.

Upon entering the third floor, guests are welcomed to a common area with a bar complete with floating shelves, a mini-fridge, and a coffee and wine area with a bar table. Two Gulf-front bedrooms, each with a private bath and a walk-in closet, are located on this floor. The master suite boasts beautiful Gulf views with private access to the balcony. The private bathroom has been completely upgraded with a large standalone shower, a separate tub, and a dual-sink vanity. Step onto the balcony where you can see the water through the seamless glass railings while you enjoy a hot cup of coffee. The secondary master is right next door and features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and private access to the Gulf-front balcony.

The fourth floor is home to four more bedrooms to accommodate your guests. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king beds and provide guests with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms include king beds and private bathrooms as well as lovely views of the Gulf through the balcony doors and windows.
