Villa Vittoria, with private pool

Villa Vittoria is a mix of sensations, the point of arrival and collection of affects, emotions and memories. First of all, this house is a clear aesthetic statement, based on the "genius loci" (spirit of a place) and it reveals the personality of the owners who have designed and structured it.
Villa Vittoria is located in the territory of Valderice at the foot of the mountain that overlooks the valley, on the top of it appears magically Erice, an ancient medieval village, with its castle and towers that stretch up towards the sky and overlooking a unique landscape, where seems to see the Egadi Islands, while the saltpans glitter bewilders the visitor and gives the feeling of diving into the blue sea.
The villa, recently built, has a simple, modern style. It extends over two levels with direct access from the large and bright living-room with different spaces: dining area, relaxation area and corner office. It is characterized by large windows overlooking the garden, the pool and the open veranda, where you can lunch or stay enjoying the surrounding view.
The kitchen, well-finished and functional, overlooks the dining area and covered veranda. On the ground floor there is the bathroom and the laundry.
The staircase leads to the sleeping area and it includes three double bedrooms and a twin room.
The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is 50 square meters and it is composed of a sleeping area with sea view, wardrobe area and bathroom.
On the first floor there is another bathroom. Owners created a very particular and intimate space used as relax and reading area or it can accommodate one more person in a comfortable sofa bed.
Villa Vittoria is surrounded by a well-finished and lush garden where is located the pool. You can enjoy a pleasant view from the house overlooking the park which borders the house.
