Villa Coratina is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Villa Coratina you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Coratina is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Volterra, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles). You will reach Villa Coratina from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately 7 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Coratina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Coratina is along a 500-meters (1640 feets) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down approximately 12 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.9 meters (6.2 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun lounger. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through three French doors. The room also has a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a brickwork barbecue. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
