Spacious Central Dog Friendly Apartment, ample parking walk to beaches and town
Based just a 5 min walk from Towan beach and the towns high street with its growing number of fantastic venues your stay with us will be hassle free because once you arrive you need not drive anywhere. We have parking for 3/4 cars and the rooms are all ensuite so it works perfectly for holidaying with friends or family or even 2 family units sharing.
Our bedrooms can all be set up as double beds or 2 singles offering flexibility to any group.
The communual areas cosnist of a comfortable open plan Lounge/Kitchen//Diner with views over the bays of Newquay right to the Lighthouse at Trevone Head, a family bathroom, with toilet, sink and bath and a sepreate utiltiy area.
As the apartment is configured in a horseshoe shape all bedrooms are far enough away from the communual lounge to allow those that want an early night to not be disturbed by those that like to burn the midnight oil!
There are 2 secure courtyard areas, one attached to bedroom 2 which is a wonderful suntrap and one from the backdoor. There is also a sundeck with artifical grass and comfortable outdoor sofas and benches, which benefits from the sun all day long and perfect for morning coffee and pre dinner drinks.
There is a large car park which can easily accommodate 3 vehicles and if you are good parkers 4 or even 5.
Bedroom one has the sea view the same as the lounge 1 double or 2 twin beds depending on your needs and an ensuite with electric shower.

Bedroom three has a window onto the sunny courtyard and 1 double or 2 twin beds depending on your needs and an ensuite with electric shower.
Bedroom four has a window onto the 2nd courtyard and 1 double or 2 twin beds depending on your needs and an ensuite with electric shower.
There is a full size oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher in the kitchen and washer dryer in the utiltiy area.
Outside we have provided a hot water shower making it easy for you to shower and clean wetsuits and remove sand before entering the apartment..
We also have superfast fibre to the premises so you won't be lacking any internet speed.

We live and work in Newquay and love the place, and want to share the beautiful walks, wonderful beahces and great restaurants. We moved here in 2002 from Essex and never looked back, just seems everyone is following us now!

Newquay ditched the old party town image and is now recognised for its plentiful selection of stunning beaches, fantastic food and variety of niche bars and cafes. Our property couldn't be better located (in fact we live 2 houses down the street) We can walk everywhere and yet it is very quiet and not prone to night time noise. From the elevated position you have a far reaching view of the Newquay bay and all the way to Trevone Lighthouse, just around the corner from Padstow.
