"The Gap" sits at the end of a charming row of terraced cottages with enviable rear views over a deer park and the rolling Cotswold countryside beyond. This stunning three-storey Cotswold stone cottage has been beautifully furnished, featuring bi-fold doors leading from the sitting room onto the sun terrace and rear garden, perfect for that morning coffee or relaxing on a summer's evening. With the fully equipped modern kitchen and underfloor heating throughout, this is a perfect bolthole for all seasons.
Entering at the ground level, you will be greeted via an entrance hall leading into the stunning kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite worktops, a Smeg range oven, and the best views you will ever see from the kitchen sink. Downstairs is a luxurious sitting room, filled with light by the pyramid skylight and bi-folding doors leading out onto the pretty sun terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a useful utility room and cloakroom to the rear of the lower ground floor.
