Communication was excellent. Cottage was clean and exactly how it was presented. Private Parking is next to the cottage. This is very important because parking is hard to find and at a cost. Location is perfect. Once we parked the car at the cottage we walked everywhere over the next 6 days. We are already talking about our next stay.

Excellent location, we were able to walk to everything. The cottage was very clean and the back private patio was perfect for our 2 dogs. It does have steps to the upstairs bedroom that had nice lighting after dark. Very cute place.

Loved staying in this quaint cottage. I didn’t even know it was historic! Loved how close it is to everything! Never had to move our car. Highly recommend.

Great historical house. Clean and comfortable. The location was the best thing about it. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. Nice to have our own parking area as well. Nice place for our dog as well. Only thing to comment on is that the stairs to the bedroom could be challenging for older adults. Everything else was excellent!

When you step inside this beautiful cottage, it is impossible to not LOVE while being transported back in time! The quaint and authentic feel are excellent! It was immaculately cared for, clean, and is walkable in the north historic district to River Street and E Broughton Street shops and restaurants. Next time we are in Savannah, this is at the top of our list!

Prompt communication and everything worked as expected. Cute little house and perfect for our stay. The location is great for walking everywhere and loved the private parking spot. Would def come back and stay again.

Loved our stay here! Perfect walking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the little back patio space. The stairs from the bedroom down to the bathroom although very well lit were a little steep and we as people in our 60s had to be careful! So take note! Highly recommend for almost everyone

We absolutely loved this little cottage. We visit Savannah often and decided to give this cottage a try and so glad we did. This was perfect and so close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Historic House

This was a great place to stay. Steps to the park which my dog enjoyed. The pictures on-line is what you will find. Location is great. We enjoyed the stay.
