Savannah Pied-a-Terre, Suite I is surrounded by beautiful majestic moss-covered live oaks and is an ideal location in the center of the Historic District. A easy 10 min walk to River Street (to the north), or Forsyth Park (to the south). Downtown shopping & restaurants are just outside your front door. One block away from Crawford Square & Colonial Cemetery this home is the perfect origination point for all your Savannah excursions. For extra convenience, just hop on the free trolley - the stop is just around the corner!

This unit has ample on-street, metered parking right in front and limited free on-street parking along the side street.

This historic Suite I (downstairs unit) features modern upgrades (granite countertops, glass tile, oversized tub, stainless appliances) while maintaining the historic charm (heart pine flooring, crown molding, soaring ceilings) you expect when staying in Savannah.

All our guests receive complimentary Sodas, Bottled Water, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, and Complimentary secure Internet Access (Ethernet and WiFi).

For our guests staying 3 or more nights we welcome you with a complementary bottle of wine (red or white; your choice) or juice, and cheese & crackers upon your arrival. The kitchen is stocked with full cook and bake ware – everything you would need to fulfill your culinary desires.

While we have always prided ourselves on having a clean and welcoming home, we are providing enhanced measures to keep our home safe and you healthy for your stay. As always, all linens (towels, duvets, blankets, etc..) are cleaned using professional hospitality grade linen laundering practices. We also provide you with our Safe and Sound amenity package in the home for our guests; including a full supply of toilet tissue, kleenex, disinfectant wipes & sprays, plenty of hand soap and hand sanitizer.

We also keep on hand beach towels, basket, sunscreen, and all your beach necessities. Stay in Savannah within easy driving distance to Tybee (20 min).

Our bedroom features a memory foam topped queen-size bed and is beautifully appointed with crisp linens, ample storage, blackout drapes and dressing area.

The bath is airy and modern. This space includes luxurious bath towels, thick robes, glass tile surround, marble floor, and granite countertops. Relax at the end of your day and pamper yourself in our oversized garden tub or shower with our complimentary bath products including body wash, shampoo / conditioner and body lotion.

The modern kitchen is fully furnished and allows you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand.

The living area offers a flat screen 43” Smart TV (no cable),comfy sofa, reading chair and assorted Savannah related books. The space provides a perfect place to relax and read or watch a movie in the evening.

The home features tall ceilings, crown molding, heart pine flooring, tall large windows (but above ground level for privacy), and comfortable furnishings. Suite I is child friendly for infants.

***IMPORTANT** Please read fully our cancellation policy and our house rules as we do not offer exceptions or refunds other than our stated policy. We HIGHLY recommend that guests procure Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance after booking in case of emergency, illness (including coronavirus/Covid-19 as it is now a known entity), weather, government restrictions, or any other travel disruption or cause of change of plans. This includes no refunds for Hurricanes, including mandatory evacuations - be it in Savannah, your place of residence or your travel route. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a change of dates, or any exceptions to the stated vrbo cancellation policy at your time of booking. If you inquire about a refund, cancelling or change of dates I will politely refer you back to these policies.

Please note, no Saturday arrivals or departures are offered for this home. Please adjust your travel dates if you sent an inquiry for a Saturday start or end date.

Metered parking Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. right in front of the home. Rates are $1 per hour ($12 per full day). You do not need to pay the meters on Sunday. Limited free parking is available on Price Street next to the home. The city has a free parking app (ParkSavannah) which allows for adding time conveniently directly from your phone without having to physically be at the home or metered spot. Simply park your car and forget about it as the home is also less than 1 block from the FREE city trolley that loops around the historic district!

This home is fully licensed by the City of Savannah (SVR-00001). ALL Vacation rentals are now required to post their SVR Certificate number on their listings; beware of unauthorized or illegally operating homes.

For enjoying the outdoors, there are two patio chairs located at the front of the home. Don’t be fooled by other “historic district” locations; if the home is not located north of Gaston Street, it’s not within the historic district!

Maps, guidebooks, and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of that all Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD’s should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.

We live in Savannah and offer personalized service and meet all our guests upon arrival for check-in.
