The views from this Gulf front 4th floor Condo at Gulf Winds 404 are truly amazing.

The main level includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with king bed and bathroom. The spacious loft-style master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The staircase to the master loft is a tight spiral staircase. Enjoy the amazing Gulf views from the private balcony. Washer and dryer is located off of the living area for guest convenience. Fully-equipped kitchen offers both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee coffemaker.

There is assigned garage parking under the building for one vehicle and lot parking for an additional vehicle. Gulf Winds offers a community swimming pool for guest enjoyment.

My family and i loved this cute little condo! Perfect size for our girls trip. Beach was beautiful, sand was nice and soft. Very peaceful. Everything was perfect. Well stocked.

The beach view was stunning. It was very quiet. We had an issue with a smoke detector beeping all night but it was quickly take care of the next morning. I am short and hav an arthritic knee. I had difficulty getting in the bed because it was high. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Beautiful Views of the Gilf

Property was clean and peaceful. The property management was very kind and helpful and allowed us to check in way earlier which was a huge relief with the threat of bad storms coming in. We would definitely rent this condo for anither stay in the future

We love this location. Have stayed in this building before just on lower floor. Adored the condo and loved the view. Excellent view of the sunrise and the sunset.

A surprise visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as expected with two exceptions: the master bathroom did not have a traditional shower - it was a tub with a shower wand which you had to sit to use, and the description should have indicated there was a pulley necessary to lift heavy luggage up to second floor because of very narrow staircase. Had these two things been disclosed accurately I would have likely not rented this unit.

Good location and beach front.

Loved the balcony furniture, especially the small couch. Best WiFi I have ever had at a condo or motel room. Odd ball location of the TV compared to the sofa. Great AC. Will probably return next year. The covered parking is really nice.

Located in the perfect spot away from the main part of town! Awesome balcony view, the kids loved the spiral staircase and loft! The only issue I seen with this unit was the beds! They was very uncomfortable and made it hard to be rested for the next day!

Cozy well appointed beach front condo

This is our 2nd stay at this place the upgrade to the bathroom is fantastic. Looks great. This place is perfect for our family of 3. We love the location. We did see 3 roaches this time in the unit and wanted to let you all know. Also the hairdryer in the downstairs bathroom wouldnt work. Easy fixes hope to return soon!

While we enjoyed our stay, it was not up to the prior amenities. But, I must say the wifi was the best I have ever experienced in a condo or motel. We had a relaxing time on this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View is amazing, everything in working order. Living room furniture needs replaced. New paint in living room, as well, must have been water damage at some point. No lighting leading to the elevator at night. This all being said, we would go again, it is idea for a family.

Beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was well equipped and had a beautiful view. There was dog hair everywhere and having a child with allergies.... I would also say rental is not ideal for families with small children due to the stair case and the lift railing slats which are a potential danger for little ones, a little scary. But for the dog hair and safety it was a good stay! Close to the beach with a great view and walking distance to Peg legs.

Not clean!

Property was dirty. All ceiling fans caked with dust! Light switches dusty, baseboards dusty, we had to sweep as soon as we got in the door; sand and food crumbs on floors. Spiral staircase was rickety and railing on top loft room was not secure. Stains on ceiling in several places. Just not clean. Definitely will not stay here again or recommend.

Family vacation

We love Pennsacola Beach and have been coming for years. We have also stayed at this condo complex multiple times but never this specific condo. The master bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The condo was clean upon arriving. The view from the deck is amaizing! The upstairs was very spacious and worked perfect for my older children. I would not have been comfortable having younger children stay up there due to the steep spiral staircase and steps being narrow. The living room kitchen is very outdated and worn. The couch was extremely worn and almost looked dirty/stained. The same with the chair. I brought extra sheets from home and draped them over the furniture. I was disappointed in that especially for the price that was paid which is similar to other condos in the complex that are much more updated. Lastly, the front gates no longer close and people not staying at the condo are parking in the lot and accessing the beach from the condos private beach access. This made the beach in front of the condo much more crowded. We had a great time on vacation, just a couple improvements would have made the stay better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was nice. Overall the rental was nice. The stairs to the loft are really made for teens or you adults. The layout of the main area is odd and not enough seating to relax at night. There were minimal supplies. For what we paid to have 5 people stay, we revived one roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher cubes, no hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags. There also was no place to recycle or information provided to allow you to recycle. The check out time was early - 10am (especially since check in is 5pm). The beds were comfortable. The view was nice and we did see dolphins on several morning. I believe I prefer renting directly from the owner. The condos tend to have better supplies and information.
