Our host Mary could not have been more welcoming and helpful. There were a couple of minor problems that popped up and she made certain they were resolved promptly. The condo was sparkling clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the extensive view of the Gulf added a peaceful vibe. We were easily able to enjoy both the beach and the pools at Portafino. I would stay here again anytime.

Communication with host was excellent. Unit was well stocked, including a beach umbrella and other beach items. View was awesome. Only very minor complaint was that the liquid hand soaps in bathrooms were very watered down. Would definitely stay in this condo again if we come back to Portofino.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great location, we have never stayed in this tower before and loved the location. The view is incredible. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was hands down the best host we have ever had. Very quick to respond and gave great recommendations. We will be coming back to stay in this unit again.

I've stayed at Portofino several times over the years and have also previously stayed at one of Mary's other properties, so I already knew we were in good hands. This was our first time staying at this particular property, though, and we absolutely loved it.The view was simply magnificentā€”exactly the kind of view you hope for when visiting Pensacola Beach. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. One detail we especially appreciated was the carpet in the bedrooms. It may seem like a small thing, but at the beach, it made a huge difference in helping keep stray sand from finding its way into the beds!Mary is also genuinely one of the best hosts we've ever rented from. She is incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Her recommendations are excellentā€”not only for things to see and do on the island, but also for where to go inland for anything we needed or wanted to do. She clearly knows the area well and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a wonderful experience.Between the spectacular view, comfortable accommodations, cleanliness, and Mary's exceptional hospitality, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Amazing vacation getaway

The condo was beyond our expectations on cleanliness and many extras, that made it super convenient for our family. We loved everything about the property and amenities. Will return!

Wonderful stay!

Great stay with love how clean the unit was - amazing view! Also just the fact that they have the small basics you need for the trip and do not have to go shopping for weird things like trash bags , dish soap, or even beach towels. They have the placed stocked!We will stay with them again!

Family vaca

Amazing week in paradise! We loved our stay at Portofino and will be back!!! The condo was beautiful- clean and had everything we needed! Mary was great and so responsive to any questions we had about the resort and the area. Our kids loved going from pool to gulf to bay- they were never bored! We Hope to go back again!
