Beautiful Home! Wonderful host!

My family andI just recently stayed at The Belvedere. Such a beautiful home! The views are spectacular. I have to say Brian (the host/owner) was absolutely wonderful as well. He was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was ok and he gave us tons of recommendations and advice on things to do around the island. I would definitely stay here again! Doug Nelson

Spectacular

Brian’s villa has the most panoramic view. It’s very spacious and well kept. Both Fabian (the property manager) and Brian were readily available for questions. And the pool was very refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended it because we liked it so much. Thanks!

Excellent house, nicely decorated

Excellent communication by host. Follow his directions don't use your own. Had a great stay in March 2021. Great view, awesome deck. Beds were comfortable. Wait for the water to get warm, it will. If the pressure is low in one of the showers try another. Very comfortable home and spacious. The deck area is wonderful. I would recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect Barbados Beach Getaway

We had a truly wonderful stay at Belvedere Barbados house. Beautiful, clean home with wide open layout and stunning outdoor porch overlooking the pool and ocean. Amazing views. Excellent communication between the owner Brian and the local concierge of the house. After one walk down the path leading from the house to the beach you easily get your bearings of where you are. The walk can be steep at points so just be aware if you have older adults or very small children. Very central to many beachy type eateries and upscale restaurants, highly recommend Le Shack! As a group of 7, we chose not rent a car and got around successfully by taking both local buses (very inexpensive) and taxis. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

Lovely villa on a hill

We recently spent Feb 8-17 at the Belvedere. Dario(concierge) and Brian (owner) were there to greet us on arrival and give us a lay of the land. Having spent several months emailing back and forth I felt I already knew them! All communications ( I had lots of questions) were responded to quickly. The villa with the new upgrades is spectacular. The 4 of us had plenty of room to move around and have privacy. The pool is the highlight. We swam every day, and sometimes at night. The villa itself is adequately stocked with whatever you need. Watching the sunrise and set each day from the open patio was breathtaking. You will need a car to get around, I drove all week and after a day it was pretty normal. You can drive around the island in a day and stop at many attractions (Hunte's garden, Nicholas Abby, Animal Flower Cave) and be back for dinner and a swim. We definitely would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others.

The only good thing about this property is the view and the pictures on the website. There is nothing luxurious about this property. I just completed a stay that was plagued with one issue after another. Ants were crawling all over the kitchen counter and every morning we were sweeping up centipedes from the inside and outside of the house. When we checked in there were no washcloths for bathing, only one towel per guest and some of the towels were ragedy. There was very little hot water and most nights we had to take luke warm to cool water baths. The property is located in a part of town that's not accessible to most of the local transportation except for taxi and some of the taxis won't come out there. We were unable to use the oven because it wasn't connected until we inquired about why we couldn't get it to come on. The property manager or the owners of this property are not concerned about the renter's comfort. The website boasts a hot tub, but it just a jacuzzi with cold water. The property manager said the heater is not working because they are still renovating the property. If you want to use your vacation time dealing with one problem after another, then this is the house for you. If you want a worry-free vacation where you can enjoy yourself and the city, I suggest you find somewhere else to stay.

Fabulous stay, great villa

We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager prior to arrival and during our stay. The property was everything we were expecting and more. Great recent improvements to external areas - patio, gardens and pool. Rooms are large, comfortable, spacious and a home from home. Location is perfect and close to both Bridgetown and Rockley beach. Owner and manager can make great recommendations for things to do, places to visit and fabulous eateries - even helping with bookings and reservations. Fab holiday with our adult children and would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Brian. Thanks Dario. We will be back

Stunning view, Amazing location

My family came to visit for a 3 week holiday with their newborn infant and it was the perfect place for the whole family. The layout of the house is ideal for more than one family with every bedroom having its own bathroom and separate areas between the master bedroom and the other king sized bedroom. With the house being up on the hilltop, it gets loads of fresh air circulating, no mosquitos like the homes lower down along the coastline, and the shared outdoor living room was ideal to spend time outside, but in the shade. The location was right near the highway access but also easy to get down to the beach with steps leading down to the coastline right next to the house (~10min. walk). We had an amazing time here and the view and space was a major highlight of their trip.

This is our first venture into the holiday home arena and we aim to provide a real ‘home away from home’ with some special touches that will make your holiday one to remember forever.

It literally was love at first sight. We saw this property online and it captivated us right from the start. Due to the pandemic it took us 6 months from our first online viewing to actually be able to visit the property and confirm this was THE holiday home for us. Belvedere has a special feel to it - and we want others to be able to feel it too.
With 4,430 square foot square feet of property sat on 14,690 square foot of prime Barbadian real estate, the spectacular views are captured from many areas of this, single storey, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa.
The property has a 2 car garage and formal siting and dining rooms that provide ample interior living and entertaining space. The well appointed spacious kitchen easily doubles as a full dining area. Comfortable sized bedrooms and modern bathrooms complete the interior. There is a large covered patio with a wet bar that can easily be used as outdoor living space. Transition to the exterior through the steps outside and experience the beautiful gardens and pool deck - where the true beauty of this property lies. Located in convenient distance to commercial services, shopping, several supermarkets, and restaurants and 5 minutes by car from Bridgetown.
