Two Bedroom Riverside Condo in Town Walk to Gondola ,Main Street and Trails

Ski in from the Bear Creek Trail or hike to Bear Creek Falls. When we say this condo is in a convenient location, we mean it. You'll be close to everything in town, so it's truly a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a hard day spent skiing, biking, or hiking. Sliding doors open to a deck with views across the San Miguel River and Telluride. The Gondola and Chair 8 are an easy two blocks from the unit. You may be able to ski in on the unofficial 'Manitou Trail', a convenient narrow ski access which extends from the Telluride Trail to Riverside. The trailhead of one of our most popular hikes into the Bear Creek Preserve, begins at the property, as well as the River Trail.

Awesome location

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 & we would highly recommend staying here. It is in a great location & semi private next to the mountain. But still close enough to the town & Main Street to walk around & conveniently close to the gondola for easy ski access to the mountain. We will definitely be staying here again.

Incredible location and property!

This place was great. We stay in a lot of rentals and most are poorly stocked, and you end up buying replacement things for your stay. This place had everything that we needed, except for a grill, but was quite comfortable for our family, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and listening to the birds in the river. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Of note, there are quite a few stairs to get down to the properties so if stairs are a problem, just know that going into it.

Fabulous Family Ski Trip

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect - you can walk to the gondola, restaurants, market, shops, etc all in just a few minutes. We did not need to use our car the whole visit. Very convenient for a ski trip. The property itself was also great! Very clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the cozy fireplace and beautiful views from the main living area. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Telluride!

Enjoyed Our Stay

This property was perfect for our young family of four to use for a week of skiing. It was clean, well, kept, and reasonably updated. It is in easy walking distance to the gondola (even wearing ski boots) and downtown. The property manager was very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location

This is a great condo. The location was perfect, close to town and easy to get to the lift. Usually skied half way to the gondola and walked the final 100 feet or so. Quiet. Well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy walk to the heart of town. Quick walk to the gondola on the foot path. We rented a locker in mountain village to keep our ski gear which worked great. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We were in town for the horror film festival and the location was great. It was a quiet area and within decent proximity to everything. The layout of the space was very open and cozy. Just a heads up that the heater can make a clicking/knocking sound that is a bit disruptive when you’re trying to sleep but we totally get noises like this. Just be aware it’s not completely silent, particularly in the larger bedroom. Still highly recommend!

Great Value

Property is immaculate and just as pictured. Extremely convenient to all the great restaurants and Gondola. Property manager was easy to reach and answered all our questions within minutes! Things to think about.... Although this property is on the ground floor, it is 30+ steps up to street level. So, if you are lugging ski equipment you may want to check out ski storage or valet at the gondola or at the Mountain Village.

Things to fix

Fridge/feeezer need to be looked at. Water leaking from freezer into fridge and turning to ice on top shelf. 2nd Bedroom heater/thermostat need's maintenance. We turned it off because it always heated room far beyond setting. We actually had some clothes that were burned/melted because the heating element was super hot for an entire night and damaged clothing next to heating element.
