Many houses in Mevagissey back onto a cliff and don't have room to swing a cat. Not true for this one!
Three couples stayed, leaving one bedroom empty. Filling the last one might have led to a queue for the bathroom, but we entertained another couple on two occasions. There was plenty of room for eight around the dining table.
The patio was a pleasant place to hang out and have a drink. Tandem parking for two cars required coordination and was a little tight, but this is Mevagissey. One parking spot is good. There are a number of stairs from the parking, but access to the harbour from the house involves only a gently sloping street.
The house is generally well-equipped - including detergent for both dishwasher and washing machine. One minor complaint is there were only five large bowls.
Maybe the others had been recently broken, and there were additional smaller bowls. An irritation to my partner was that the large collection of kitchen knives did not include one that was sharp. Those are suggestions for improvement, but we all enjoyed our time.
