From the private third story balcony you can overlook the north end of Sandbridge Beach and the big blue Atlantic! Three sparkling pools to choose from and beautifully landscaped common areas. Sit back on your private balcony and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee and breakfast, or just enjoy some sunshine and a lovely view.

At The Ocean Breeze, the gourmet kitchen offers top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your favorite meals. The spacious master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and en suite master bath with sleek granite vanity and tile flooring. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. And you can sleep 2 more in the family room on the queen size sleeper sofa. There's plenty of space to spread out and relax. Full size washer and dryer are located in the utility closet for your convenience.

There are two parking spaces reserved for this condo unit in a covered parking garage via parking pass. Parking is limited. THREE swimming pools open annually from mid May through September. A very large hot tub available in the off season. There are top-of-the-line Viking gas grills (in courtyard area). Comfy quiet library, state of the art exercise room with plasma TV's, community room, and game room with pool table, pinball, video arcade machine. Enjoy the beautiful stretch of beach with no road to cross!

Perched on the 3rd story in the sought-after Sanctuary at False Cape Condominiums, this little slice of heaven offers THE most beautiful sunset views over Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and a view of the waves crashing on the beach.

Three beautiful pools to enjoy during your stay, including the oceanfront cabana pool where you can swim up to the bar and order your favorite beverage and relax with a view of the beach.

Don't feel like cooking? Just walk across the street to The Baja. A fixture in Sandbridge for nearly 30 years, you'll love the food and occasional live entertainment, with a gorgeous view of the bay.

After a long day at the beach, or catching some fish off the Sandbridge Island Fishing Pier, just next door, grab your favorite drink and sit back and relax on the private balcony and watch the amazing colors in the sky!

Haven't seen a sunset in Sandbridge? Put this on your bucket list! Each sunset is different in it's own spectacular way, as the sun dips down beneath the scenic bay and wetlands. Osprey, Heron, and Bald Eagles can be seen fishing and flying over the waters. Bike or ride just 2 minutes south and visit the park itself where you can walk the secluded untouched beaches and see all the local wildlife include migratory birds, turtles, foxes, and more. Hike or take the shuttle a little farther out to First Landing State Park to see some local history at one of the first settlements in Virginia Beach.

Vacation properties are often booked many months in advance and the property will be held for your use during your trip. When the property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and airline tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will usually need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to hold the property.

Normally this is not a problem, BUT if you have to cancel your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that reservations are NOT refundable. There are ways to protect yourself: Consider purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance for added protection in case of weather or emergencies.

As Owners, who self-manage our rental property, we will consider cancellation requests:

Reservations NOT made for High Demand Summer Vacation months (June, July and August) are eligible for a refund, at Owner's discretion. Refunds of 100% if 60 days, and 50% 30 days prior to cancellation will be considered. This helps us provide a fair and equitable rental experience for our guests to enjoy.
