Newly built custom beach house 2024. Private FIRST floor rental. 1 block to a guarded beach. Relax with a beach view from the porch and bedroom. You'll be a short stroll to the center of town/sea wall.

Return from the beach to hours of indoor/outdoor entertaining. Fully fenced w/ 10 person Grand Cayman Extreme swim spa and 7' indoor ping pong and air hockey table for the kids. Modern bathrooms and 3 brand new king beds. *

*Sheets, towels and beach towels INCLUDED.
Home has a generator.

Perfect space to bond with family and friends.

Private first floor including private fenced in back yard with grill. 2 separate private entrances. Two porches.

3 Bedrooms have brand new king size mattresses, ceiling fans, black out shades, and ample closet space. 1 bedroom has 1 twin bunk beds, and black out shades.

2 gorgeous bathrooms await you. 1 with a tub, shower head and hand sprayer. The other one has a double sink, shower head, hand sprayer and rain shower head.

The great room is at the back of the house where it is sunny all afternoon. In this room is a couch, chairs, a chaise lounge and a TV. The well appointed kitchen has leathered quartzite countertops and stainless steel appliances and gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal full size fridge and freezer. Dining table and peninsula/bar. Full size washer and dryer, wifi enabled. Ceiling fans throughout and central AC. For your convenience and safety there is a full home power generator and security camera.

Indoor/outdoor entertaining space. Out the doors is a porch and Grand Cayman extreme swim spa. One side is a pool with optional resistance swimming and the other is a hot tub. Safety grab bar to enter spa. Safety gate surrounding swim spa. Led lights on both sides creating nighttime ambiance.

Down the steps to the yard is room for you to grill or play some backyard games.

Next to us there is a playground/track and large grass area at the school only one house away.

Close to the beach, child ready with everything you need but in need of much love

Well situated, close to the beach and next door children's school park, with everything you need in the kitchen and two full bathrooms. However, in need of much love to complete the renovations started. The whole place needs to be cleaned and painted, the main bathroom ceiling has mold and mildew in the ventilation system, the mattresses are overdue in all three rooms and faulty shades with missing blades and no drapes needs correction. We never saw the owner but had easy contact by email and phone and she sent entrance instructions by cell phone. We enjoyed the beach but this rental is overpriced as far as we were concerned.

Perfect location but disappointing

Overall, our family had a wonderful time on our shore vacation and the owner was always very responsive. However, the accommodations were definitely not the best. I was late in looking for a shore vacation rental (March) so there were slim pickings. I selected this home even though it was over priced and not ideal but we needed a family vacation after the year of covid restrictions and the location is perfect. The VRBO listing was misleading if not deceptive. Pictures are shown of a walkin closet off of a queen bedroom with a window that is "suitable for a packnplay." Pictures also show a twin daybed that is listed in the description. But the room with the daybed and the empty room for a packnplay are pictures of the same room with the furniture changed. The listing states central air but there are window units. The listing states a playground, mini pool, and wagon are there for kids but those items were not there. And finally the listing stated they provided 6 beach tags but there were only 4. The furniture was less than comfortable and the home was not what I would describe as clean. There was mold in bathroom and a musty mold smell under kitchn sink. Windows did not work and decking is on its last legs. I would not rent again nor would I recommend to others.

Great location and perfect for families with kids!

This house has a great layout featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and was perfect so split with another family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room for pack and plays too. The sunroom is the perfect space for the kids to play and the schools playground next door is a bonus! Very short walk to the beach. The owner was quick to reply to messages also. Recommend!

Christine’s home was beautiful and clean, with a great location-within 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to AC. Christine was extremely helpful and timely in her responses as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The house is beautiful and way bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside!

The owner (Christine) replies to messages right away and is very nice! She's is very accommodating. Her house is very nice and was plenty big enough for me and my nine friends. We rented it to celebrate my 21st birthday and the location was perfect. Right next to the beach and five minutes from Atlantic City. We had a great time and would like to go back again!

Beach cottage close to the water and perfect for family vacations.

We had a great time in Brigantine at this house! The owner was very responsive, and checking in and out was incredibly easy. The location, just a short block away from the beach, was perfect. The house comes with four beach badges, which got some good use! The house looks small from the outside, but there was more than enough space for six adults, a toddler, and a baby, and the layout of the living area is perfect for spending time with family. The house is well worn, but clean and comfortable. The only drawback we found was having to supply our own toilet paper. We'd definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic Brigantine Family Vacation

Fantastic home less than 5 minutes (1 block) from the beach. Home had everything our party of 8 needed (including 3 kids under 5). Close to beach, close to AC. Nice deck with grill for relaxing, large backyard for kiddie pool. Great room provided plenty of space for the kids to play and have fun. This home met and exceeded our every expectation and we would recommend it for families looking for a wonderful vacation at the beach!

This house was great and came with everything you need. The host was one of the best I have dealt with and answered any questions immediately. Took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach and cabs to AC short as well. Would definitely rent again in a heart beat! Our group was 6 guys for a weekend away and this was perfect.

Wonderful time

Our family had a wonderful stay at this charming home. There were seven of us and there was more than enough room for all of us- four adults and three young chidden. The house was clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the small table to enjoy meals at. We loved the small deck and sun room as well. The outdoor shower was especially nice to rinse of the sand from a fun day at the beach before heading into the house. The walk to the beach was short (just up about a block or two) and Atlantic City is just a ten-fifteen minute drive. We went to AC for some fine dining and an IMAX movie. Brigantine is a quiet,safe residential town so it's nice to have the mix of both so close together. The beach is wide, with life guards and not crowded at all. The owner is very accommodating, responsive, and communicates well.We even had a nice bottle of wine welcoming us to the home. We loved our stay here and would gladly visit this home again!

Great weekend getaway house

We had nine adults that traveled for a wedding in brigantine. We had just stayed the weekend and it is a great weekend getaway house for the price. The pictures are on point. It fits nine people comfortably for the weekend. The house is definitely kid friendly. The beach is just a short walk.

Excellent experience

The house totally met our expectations and we were very happy with our stay. We were 8 people and could fit comfortably. The house is as pictured, was clean and everything was in working order. It is a very short walk to the beach and a short cab ride to AC so we could go out at night. Would recommend the house for all types of occasions. The owner was very good in communicating and responsive when we had questions. An excellent experience.

This house reached our expectations and was fitting for us. We were 12 girls and managed to fit comfortably! We had to bring an air mattress, but were able to fit in one of the rooms. The location was ideal as it was just a short walk to the beach. It is close enough to AC which allowed us to go out at night and still have a cheap cab ride. The owner of the house was available if we needed her help. If we plan to do this trip again, we are definitely considering booking this house!

Great House!

We have spent a week in Brigantine every summer for the past 12 years and this is one of our favorite houses. The house was very comfortable and kid friendly and is a short walk to the beach. The owners are great we hope to rent again next year.

Family of four and two friends of our children

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and well maintained and the photos were accurate although we thought the common living area was larger than it actually was. The outdoor shower was great and the kitchen had modern appliances. The only issue in the kitchen was that the refrigerator door didn't close all of the way. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was easy to deal with - answered our questions and addressed our concerns. It was great to be about a block from the beach which is where we spent most of our time. There was pretty good chinese restaurant in town but we would not recommend the Laguna Grill.

Great place to stay

This house was everything the owner said it would be. It was clean, well kept and everything was in good working order. The owner was awesome in communicating with me both before and after the trip. It is as pictured, only a block to the beach and the beach cab service to AC was very cheap, convenient and prompt. We rented this house for a very special occasion and were extremely happy with our stay ! I would recommend this property and would stay again in a heartbeat .

i loved it here !

We had a blast at this house, I went on a little mini vacation here with a few friends and some family for a week. The ride to the house was a nice & easy drive. It was amazing! I loved waking up and seeing the sand dunes from the sun porch and when it was quiet... you could actually here the ocean waves when sitting outside on the deck! I loved it! We constantly were doing something, whether it was going to the beach which was just a walk away. Or it was going to the Atlantic city boardwalk or driving to Wildwood which was only an hour down the Garden state parkway. We didn't want to go home. I wanted to call and see if I can stay at least one more day! Now that I'm home, I want to go back. Your house felt like home Christine. We made ourselves at home right away! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home! Me and my mom & my friends want to go back so badly! We are definitely coming back next summer for another week ! By the way, your couches were so comfy! (:

We have good friends who have owned in Brigantine for years. They had us down a few times and we just fell in love with it! It seemed like a real get away and had a different feeling than the crowded northern beaches. However, at the same time we loved the excitement and nightlife only a few minutes away. It truly has everything! Brigantine is very quiet, safe, and family oriented.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the fact that our house only 1 short block to the beach. It makes it so easy with the kids. When we first saw the house and then walked down to the beach, we looked back and saw the house! And from the porch and bedroom you can see the access and dunes! We love to ride our bikes everywhere on the island, especially up to Shark Park with the kids, mini golf, and arcade. At night we either BBQ or take strolls to either the park right next door, the sea wall or walk into town for dinner.
