Girls Reunion Beach Week

Our 3rd stay in this lovely home. Well equipped, clean, comfortable beach get away. Great location to walk to the beach…walked for coffees in the morning…walk to ice cream shop in the evening. Look forward to staying again next year. Great hosts who are responsive. Highly recommend!!!

This is such a lovely place to stay. This was our second year, and there was no doubt in our decision to return. The house is right next to the path to the beach (if you have mobility problems, you should know that the path through the vegetated dunes is not short), and the beach was never crowded (including a July weekend). The kitchen is the best equipped I've ever seen in a rental--maybe better than my home kitchen!

Repeat guest - highly recommend

Highly recommend this lovely home. Fully equipped with anything you could need, it was comfortable and a great location. Hosts were responsive and the home was clean. We highly recommend and look forward to staying again next year.

We were absolutely thrilled with this home! The bedrooms accommodated our group very well, everything was very clean and amenities were all there and available, it felt like we didn't need to bring anything but our bathing suits! It was a great location and although the walk to the beach from the house is longer than we are used to, it was flat and very easy to do and we did not mind at all. The communication between myself and the owners was very prompt and professional. We are hoping to be able to do this again next year and I would definitely book here again and again!

NJ Beach Vacation

Property and host were excellent. Only downside was long walk to beach. We included local ice cream, restaurants, walking, miniature golf. Boardwalk and aquarium to round out a very nice vacation.

Wonderful

This was such a lovely place to stay. It felt much less like a beach rental and more like a friend had lent us their place at the shore. There are many small touches, and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. We hope to return in the future

Wonderful townhouse

We stayed here with family friends and it was fantastic! The kids absolutely loved sharing the big downstairs room. It was great having the beach right there and the condo pool. The porch space underneath the deck was ideal for all our beach/pool stuff. We highly suggest this place and would come again!

Family getaway

Clean and spacious unit right off the beach. Great proximity to the pool and close to everything in town. Hope the balcony gets fixed, but looked like the nicest unit in the building. Would definitely recommend booking this property. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Vacation Stay!

We had an amazing time at Serenity B! My husband and I were there with our two little ones (ages 2 and 4) as well as my mother in law. The condo is beautiful, clean and very spacious! Rebecca and Ron were extremely responsive and accommodating! The pool was a great addition to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip!

My wife and I visited with a group of our friends and one couple's toddler, and we had a fantastic time! The townhouse is lovely and in great condition, has incredible views, and is in a very nice, peaceful location. You really can step right out the door to the beach path, and the condo community pool is very easily accessible. Plus nice touches from the hosts -- what more could we ask for? Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Girls weekend - Great Stay, even with a week of rain!

5 Star Stay, Perfect house for our girls weekend. Week of rain, wind and fog aside this house was perfect. Spacious for our group of 8 ladies with the open floor plan. Beautiful and comfortable. It had all the pans/appliances needed, two refrigerators, and an easy walk to the beach. definitely a 5 star home. Our hostess was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Best rental we've had in Brigantine

Everyone in the family raved about this property. It is well appointed and well decorated. It feels like a family home, not a basic rental with cheap accents. I has thoughful touches like jewelry dishes on dressers and easily accessible ports for charging phones. The pool was a nice distraction from daily beach days. It looked like there was everything you would need for the beach (we used all the chairs and toys from our family house on the island).

Wonderful Stay in Brigantine

Everyone had a great time. The unit itself was extremely well equipped with all essentials covered and many extras. The location/view was fantastic! Yes, the beach was a little hike (10-15 minutes at most) but wonderful that we did not have to find parking. The induction stove was a bit tricky to get used but not impossible. 3 Full baths made everyone happy. Great market 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Overall a truly wonderful place to spend the week. Hope we will be able to get back next year!

Check in was easy and very convenient parking. First floor entrance made unpacking and packing so easy. The home was clean and spacious for our family. We appreciated the second refrigerator and we love to make our own meals. The condo is well supplied with kitchen ware, cleaning supplies, beach chairs and carts for the beach. My mom is not able to walk far and the beach path was a bit farther than we anticipated. We were graciously loaned a beach wheelchair from the amazing Brigantine Fire Department. They delivered it to the door step and we used it all week. They saved the day and made our family time so special. If you are a bird lover , there are feeders right outside the deck and side of the condo with lots to see during the morning and afternoon . Great location to the supermarket, park and beautiful views! Highly recommend.

Very well maintained. All baths and kitchen were updated. Plenty of beds. We appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs. Only disappointment was the distance to the beach-we were oceanfront but it was still a quarter-mile walk to the beach with small children. Also the master bath sink faucet had almost no water pressure.

The experience was excellent. Rebecca was very helpful with small and large questions. The inside of the condo was in good shape with modern appliances and everything we needed. The location is incredible--the condo has direct access to the path to the beach and is adjacent to the pool. Minor negatives are the long walk to the water (it is a big beach!) and the somewhat dilapidated appearance on the outside. Wood was dangling from the upstairs balcony and we were warned just before our arrival not to use that balcony for safety reasons. I am sure that will be fixed quickly.

Great house!

The house was great. Very clean and more than enough space for our crew (family of five plus some visitors). Was nice to have the pool when we were done with or needed a break from the beach. One thing of note if you’ve never been to Brigantine; there is a long walk (probably 500 yards) from the beach access point before you hit the sand and the beach is very wide, so another 200+ yards to the water. The hosts provide a beach cart, but when you have beach “stuff” for 3 young children it’s quite a lot to carry that far. Plus, bathroom breaks are very tedious. Not the hosts’ fault, but something you should be aware of when you think you’re renting a “beachfront” house. Walking distance to mini golf, Acme, Dunkin Donuts, Wawa, and ice cream (we were there every night). Overall, a great stay!

Amazing Stay

The property was perfect. Right on the beach, beautiful views, incredibly clean - a terrific rental. Additionally, the owner provides beach badges, beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Couldn’t not have been happier
