Beautiful single family home with heated pool located in Naples Park in North Naples, only blocks to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. This immaculate home sits on the 500 block and has been upgraded with all of the nicest amenities you would expect. This magnificent home features an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, beautiful landscape. High speed wifi and Dish TV are available on four flat screens. Spacious kitchen and outdoor grill also available. Location provides easy access to shopping and restaurants at Mercato or Coconut Point. Completely wheelchair accessible and home comes with a two car garage. There is a wonderful outdoor living space and heated pool as well. This vacation home has everything to make your stay comfortable and your vacation enjoyable!

Owner will not spend any money to accommodate renters.

The day we arrived with 4 kids the pool heater was off. The next day I figured out how to turn it on worked for one day and broke. You would think the owner would offer some kind of help or discount not a chance. Only 1 lounge chair for laying next to the pool. Be prepare to buy your own toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, laundry detergent, and any of the basic stuff you need. Talking to the owner is like pulling teeth.

Great Vacation

Beautiful home, super clean , great neighborhood close to beach and owners were very responsive and quick to get back to us. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing summer

We vacation in Naples every year during summer and stay at list 1 month. Staying at Susie’s place was one of the best experiences we had - spotless, warm, truly felt like home away from home. Everything that we needed was provided and minor issues we had we’re addressed fast and promptly. We loved the sparkling swimming pool , comfy beds and tv in every room We loved that our dogs could be with us and that the whole property was fenced. I personally was very happy that air conditioner was set very high in the rooms and did not cause any of us sinus problems. Susie was amazing host and I think we will repeat our stay next year at her place . I warmly recommend this house as you vacation stay - it’s a gem ! Maya

Very clean and stocked. In a great location. We enjoyed the pool.

House had newer furniture and was well maintained. Had everything from laundry detergent, beach towels, beach chairs and bikes. We would recommend.

Wonderful Southwest Florida Experience

We enjoyed our 1 week stay in Naples in this clean, fresh, well maintained home. Everything about the rental went smoothly and minor issues were handled quickly and professionally. Given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Spent a relaxing week at this house with my family. Very close to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants and stores. My 2 children really enjoyed the heated pool.

Well maintained property close to the beach

The process to check availability and get the property booked was seamless and efficient. The homeowner is quick to respond to any requests and was great to work with. Upon arriving at the house everything was clean and there were plenty of beach towels available for everyone. The master king bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on vacation. The pool was clean and the area around the pool had plenty of chairs. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen that was very convenient and there was a multitude of spices left for use. The gas grill was easy to use and is located on the side of the house. The TV was easy to use and had satellite TV. 3 of the bedrooms had TV's and the wifi was easy to access. In the garage are quite a few bikes that are in good shape as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The location of the house is quiet and there are trees surrounding the pool for privacy. You are literally a 5 minute car drive to Delnor-Wiggins beach. We hope to stay here again next year.

Beautifully decorated, clean, close to beach & had everything you could need

We had a great time. The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice. Close to the beach, with easy access to main roads. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. The pool area was wonderful. They truly thought of everything. We wished we didn't have to leave!!! It was a beautiful stay & we will be staying again. Thanks again for being so great!

Great space, great location.

My husband and I spent the month of March at this lovely home. Everything was wonderful - the house is very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchens and bathrooms were modern, tile throughout the house, spacious closets, towels and linens were high quality. The pool was wonderful with great outside areas for relaxing and is very private. We ate at the house many nights, frequently using the gas grill. We loved the ceiling fans, in all of the rooms and even one out in the lanai. The owners are welcoming and very responsive. There are many grocery stores and farmers markets very close by. But there are also many good restaurants (one of our favorites was the Deep Lagoon which is at the end of the street, an easy walk). There are 2 great beaches, each about a mile away. We used the bikes and beach chairs while we were there. There is a lot to do in the area (golf, movies, shopping, downtown Naples, etc.) but you do need a car. The house is in a great location. And it is a wonderful house. We are already planning a return trip!

The Tilman's

From the moment we walked through the front door of this beautiful house, we were amazed by the comfort, spaciousness and amenities this property had to offer. The owner was extremely responsive and caring about our every need and responded promptly to any question we had. We really enjoyed our morning dips in the heated pool and our evening bicycle rides to the beach to watch amazing sunsets. We are hoping very much to return next year.

Fantastic Property, location

We enjoyed the property very much on our vacation. The owner has thought of everything, from spices to linens to bicycles for the guests. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it often. The home is 10 min from the beach and state park. We had one of the best vacations to Florida ever.

Excellent location! Very clean home!

Right from our initial email with the owners, they were very attentive. Answered all our questions quickly and set my mind at ease that our family would spend Christmas in a great spot. We had five adults and a dog (very difficult to find any rentals that are pet friendly and we’re so thankful to find this one!). House was very clean and welcoming. The front bedroom with a single twin bed would be better for a child though. The mattress is supported by 3 planks which don’t offer complete support like a box spring or pallet would. Location is great! 5 minute drive to beaches and shopping or restaurants! Bicycles and beach gear available too. We definitely needed the beach umbrellas. Heated pool was clean and very inviting. We often relaxed in the lanai/pool area and ate meals there using the patio set. All in all a wonderful spot for a vacation. We would definitely stay there again!
