This condo made for a perfect getaway for a small group of friends to enjoy a weekend at the beach. We appreciated how close we were to beach access and the quiet neighborhood as sat out on the decks. Jeff provided great information and the check-in was very easy.

We had an excellent stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Lovely Condo and Responsive Hosts

Love Ocean Isle Beach. If you want a place to relax, enjoy the beach, sun, water and shops then head to Brunswick Beaches - OIB. Hope to go every year!

This was an excellent choice. Very clean and well taken care of. We had great communication with the host. Super easy getting to the beach. We truly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Everything was clean and just as described. Communication was great and we even got offered an early check in. We also purchased the beach closet and that was a great add on.

OIB’s Perfect Vacation

This 3 bedroom condo was a perfect match for our OIB Trip. We had beach & sand lovers and also pool preferreds… so this rental was perfect as it accommodated both groups! The location was perfect- close to public (ADA accessible) access! I couldn’t ask for a better host, week, or experience!!!

Quick Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this condo while in town for a weekend wedding. Despite a tropical storm that rolled through, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations very much. We had everything we needed, and the owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Book here - you won't regret it.

Family member waiting on the beach.

The communication with the owner of the condo could not have been better. Great place with a 5-minute walk to the beach. Wonderful clean pool right outside the condo. We had a great time and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great time in Ocean Isle

Property was as advertised. Plenty of room for 6. Owner was in contact all week and helped with advice about moving car and what to expect since we were there during hurricane/Tropical storm Debby. Less than 5 minutes to the beach and property overlooked a turtle pond. Kids were able to feed turtles and birds.

Starboard stay

Nice and clean. We were given the wrong code to enter the property. The floor of the master bathroom shower is very slippery, otherwise very nice.

Unit 4D

Overall the stay was great. There was a slight issue with the unit not being ready when we arrived and the cleaning lady had to come back several hours later to finish cleaning the condo. Overall my family and i enjoyed the amenities and the location.

Nice place at the beach, a few issues

The place is older, but nice and in a great location. The beach closet was a nice touch but pricey. The beds did not seem like sheets are changed between guests. We slept on top of the covers due to cleanliness concerns. We had to wait outside for an hour after check-in time for our condo to be ready. The door code given by the owner was not correct and we had to ask a neighbor staying in another of their properties for the code. Nice pools, short walk to the beach.

Excellent For Family Getaway

We loved our stay at this condo! The host is excellent and communicated all important details and went above and beyond for us. Check in was easy and the condo was immaculate and comfortable for our family. We found it to be very clean, spacious, and well maintained with beautifully updated bathrooms. Linens and towels were all provided as well as starter paper supplies for kitchen/bath. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals for our family. The property was beautifully maintained with easy and quick beach access. The host has a beach closet that is well stocked with beach supplies and had we fully realized how well stocked we could have packed lighter but it was great to be able to grab an extra chair for the beach. Truly a place we highly recommend and to which we hope to return.

Perfect Location

My family of 6 really enjoyed the close walk to the beach, tennis courts, and pools. We were allowed to check-in early which was so appreciated, and the communication with the owner was great. Advice to others would be to bring your own toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner/soap and games/puzzles. Also worth noting that the hallway bathtub is very high and was difficult for my 70-year old parents to get in and out of without a handle. The owner should consider installing a safety handle. We were only given one set of sheets for the bunkbed room, but there are technically two beds in that room. It wasn't a huge deal because that's where my 6-year old and 3-year old slept, but it would have been nice to have a set of sheets for each bunk.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect - tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood that felt peaceful and relaxing, yet just steps from everything we wanted.The layout couldn’t have been better. Having the pool right outside the back balcony and one at the beach gave us the best of both worlds. The huge balcony overlooking the pond quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful views.The home was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it ideal for our family of four, with plenty of room for even larger families or groups. We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with fantastic amenities and an unbeatable location, this is it!

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay with pool and beach access very convenient. Walk to the beach was close by with your own private beach access including beach front pool. The grounds were immaculate and clean. Also, a big plus was closet available for renting with everything needed for the beach and pool. Well worth renting!! Owners were very nice and responded quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Excellent location

The location of the property was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and most things on the island. The amenities were great! Beach during day and pool in the evening! The owners were amazing kept us informed of something was going on and even arranged for a later checkout for us! We will definitely be renting this properties again!

Cozy & Comfortable in a Great Location

My husband & I stayed here with another couple for a long weekend while we were in town for a wedding. The condo was everything we needed. Jeff, the owner, is so easy to communicate with and provided all the info we needed and more for our stay. The condo itself is cozy and well taken care of. Both couples had full privacy with beautiful remodeled bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The kitchen was functional and had everything we needed. Parking for two vehicles was right under the unit, making it incredibly convenient to unload and load our cars. The location was a quick and easy walk to the beach. I really can’t recommend this place enough! We will certainly try to book here first if we return to Ocean Isle.
