The property has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing an elegant and comfortable space for up to 4/6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare your meals easily and comfortably.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the accommodation, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.

The spacious living and dining areas, equipped with a flat-screen television and a comfortable sofa bed, are ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Costa Brava.

One of the apartment’s most outstanding features is its spacious private terrace, which offers spectacular sea views. Furnished with elegant and comfortable outdoor furniture, it is the perfect place to enjoy meals outside, sunbathe or simply admire the beauty of the surroundings.

The accommodation also includes a private garage with space for two vehicles, allowing you to park comfortably and securely.

The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.

The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
