The kitchen contains everything you need and is the perfect place to cook and entertain in the evening. We have a well behaved humans only policy, no parties and no additional guests without obtaining prior consent. Please refer to our house rules before booking.

We want you to have a great trip but we also want to ensure the neighbours are not woken up.
With this in mind noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. If this rule is not adhered to our security team may be called out to visit our property and a charge will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits and charges and in extreme circumstances you will be asked to leave the property. We have front door security cameras which are monitored 24 hour a day by a security desk. We also have a Minut alarm inside the property to monitor noise levels.
This apartment has keyless self check in to allow for social distancing guidelines to be maintained. Staycation is the new vacation. Our team of professional cleaners work tirelessly to exacting standards and checklists to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests at all times.
There is no parking however there is very local parking which can be found on the Justpark website. Alternatively, Brighton station is under a 10 minute walk away.
