A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CONDO....
Lokelani B101 has been remodeled and the new bathroom is spectacular. The living area is equipped with a 42' Samsung flat screen TV, DVD and free Netflix . A smaller Samsung TV completes the bedroom a Cal King bed adds to the comfort of the space.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private lanai. Your "window seat" for dinner on the lanai will probably the best one you have ever enjoyed. . A/C bedroom only
In addition to our near private beach which is a beautiful. We Also have a pool with a new pergola , many chairs and tables.
Come and swim with the turtles and fish and enjoy our romantic paradise.

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island.

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

The only issue was the AC wasn't able to cool much other than the bedroom which was a little uncomfortable on high humidity days.

Fun and relaxing

Loved walking out on ground level right to the water. Easy access to groceries, gas, etc. Great views of the water, turtles, whales, sunset.

Unbelievable Location and great property

Location is unbelievable - close to all the great beaches and small downtown has everything you need (small shops, snorkel rental, grocery store, and also an awesome food truck yard). View is incredible and was great to have breakfast and dinner right in front of the ocean. Unit was great too, small but clean and has everything you need. If you are renting in summer get the AC, definitely worth it. Bed very comfortable. Only opportunity I saw, was there are notes to clean the shower each time and clean and fold all used towels which took me out of vacation mode a little, be nice if these were taken care of in the cleaning schedule but no big deal.

Great location and view not maintained or as clean as expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the view and sounds from this room, except what must have been elephants that occupied the room above.Several items need repair, a kitchen cabinet drawer that falls on the floor when opened, Both sliding doors and screens, toilet seat, bedroom carpets (shampoo or replace) and coffee grinder. This unit needs a thorough deep cleaning. Stayed in this condo in the past with much better accommodations. Would recommend this property to a friend but not not B101. I would not select this unit again.

Sea Turtle Overlook

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of the ocean with sea turtles swimming by just steps away from our patio was just what we had hoped for! The property was in a good location to nearby beaches, excellent restaurants, and sight seeing venues on our list. The property was comfortable, clean and met the description on VrBo. We were busy and away the majority of the day, even so the lack of air conditioning took a while to get used to if there was no breeze. Thankfully the bedroom has air conditioning so we slept well. The fully stocked kitchen was great for breakfast or if we had take out. The assigned parking spot was appreciated We enjoyed our stay at the property especially after a long winter! This side of the island gets plenty of sunshine, tropical flowers, beach and wave action, and sunsets.

Delightful - I'm coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A really lovely place to stay. The view is amazing and we saw a rainbow almost daily. There are pleny of outside chairs and lounges and every patio has at least one table. If you're paying attention, you can see: monk seals, turtles, sharks, dolphins, and all kinds of birds. We weren't there for the whales, but family members go back specifically to these condos for that. The condos are spotless with lots of extra bedding & towels. The washer and dryer are supplied with soap and fabric softener and the dishwasher is supplied as well. You have at least a starter amount of paper goods and dish soap. The kitchen is fully equipped. The management has thought of pretty much everything you need. I highly recommend this place. It's quiet (at least when we were there) unlike a hotel where you have kids all over the place and a loud pool to contend with. There's a pool there, but I never made my way to it. The staff is VERY attentive when you contact them and quite friendly. Each condo has a parking spot on the premises, so close to your condo. They supply each condo with plenty of fans. I didn't see a single mosquito or bug while we were there and I kept my screen doors open most of the time. The only thing I might suggest is you make sure your bedroom A/C unit (the only A/C in the condo) is working.

It’s quiet, great location and semi private beach made our wedding/ honeymoon stay even better! Is it fancy? No, but for the price and the beach/ location is so worth it! It really feels like home away from home when staying there!

Paradise!

Love location

I had to pay extra to get AC in the bedroom! I can’t believe these places don’t have AC in the entire condo! Certainly paid enough to stay there! Hawaii can be hot and have high humidity.

Beautiful view from lovely condo!

We had a great stay in this condo, fantastic views of Molokai and Lanai, sea turtles on the beach on several days. The condo is clean and well equipped - beach towels, chairs, and umbrella included. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

The property is as advertised. Beautiful location and views. Had all needed supplies for the time there. The beach, showers, snorkeling and turtles were great to enjoy. The afternoons in the kitchen and living room were extremely hot. They did try with all the fans to help but it is still warm. Suggest planning things away during that time, just don’t miss the sunset. Overall great time.

Literally steps from ocean

Location can't be beaten. We loved swimming at the little beach directly outside. This is a very comfortable place to stay. Bathroom was slightly dirty upon arrival, but otherwise, very clean.

Wonderful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in several different properties along Honokowai and this was our favorite. Parking is close to unit. Ground floor makes access very easy. Liked that our entrance was in breezeway so when we walked to our door there was a beautiful view of the water. Pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets and gorgeous granite and they removed the cabinet that blocked view so when you are in kitchen you can gaze out on the water. Perfect. Great furniture layout so when you are sitting on couch you face the ocean and with the doors open the water feels so close. Dining table has great view too however we ate on the lanai which was so lovely. It’s rained a bit so it was nice having the covered lanai. Up side of the rain was the storm brought big waves that moved more sand to the shore and made the beach bigger. Turtles slept on the beach almost every day. Shower was great and thanks for stocking lots of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap etc. The bed was very comfortable and the ceiling fans helped keep unit cool. Once we figured out the sliders could be locked while partially opened it helped cool even better while we slept.Only thing I would ask for was new towels and sheets. They were a little worn. Overall this condo was an amazing home away from home.

The property is so clean! Loved everything about this place. Bathroom and kitchen were nice It had everything we needed, looks newly updated. As soon as I opened up the back doors and looked over at the ocean we saw whales! Such a beautiful view. There is a small beach right out the back where that we laid out and played with my son. We also saw a sea turtle. It’s a quiet area, the people around us were very friendly. Every morning we sat outside and looked out at the ocean and had breakfast and coffee. There are many places nearby too. I’d love to stay here again when we come back to Maui!

We enjoy the quiet atmosphere vs noisy neighbors & busy hotels & condos. The Mgr, Liz, was very accommodating & pleasant. I would definitely recommend
