Nerja: Charming villa with the best panoramic views of the whole Nerja

The villa is at the top of a hill in a privileged position which offers magnificent views over the beach and the town of Nerja and with a breathtaking panoramic of Frigliana and the mountains. It is located in a quite place over a beautiful olive grove. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and less than 10 minutes driving distance from Nerja.
The house is spread over 2 floors as follows:

Main Floor
-Living room with two double sofas, satellite TV, DVD, fireplace and free WiFi
-Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hob and wash machine.
-1 bathroom with bathtub.
-2 twin bedrooms with air conditioning and heater.
-The large terrace at the entrance has a dining table for enjoying the spectacular views

Ground Floor (This part of the property is independent in case more privacy is needed)
-Large double bedroom.
-Pleasant living room with two double sofas.
-1 bathroom with a large shower.
-In this level there is a lovely covered terrace with dining table, chairs and BBQ.

Outside the house there is a large terrace with tropical plants, a private swimming pool (size 8x4 m) with sun loungers and a shower. As every part in this Villa, the views from the swimming pool are simply unbeatable.

The property offers two spacious parkings.

In July, August and September, departure day is Saturday.

We offer really special prices for long term rentals.

Spektakuläre Lage mit toller Aussicht. Natürlich muss man dafür eine Anfahrt über enge Gebirgsstraßen in Kauf nehmen, wird aber oben mit einem fantastischem Panorama belohnt. Die ruhige Randlage ist sehr erholsam (Autofahren natürlich erforderlich).Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist kein neues Haus, hat aber das richtige Flair.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! :-)

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, close to Nerja, and had amazing views over the sea, Nerja, and the mountains. It was an easy drive into Nerja where parking was never a problem and also easy to visit the pretty village of Frigiliana. The owner Federico was very easy to contact if needed. Obvioulsy to have views like this you need to climb high so I would recommend it for experienced drivers - we also had an automatic car that definitely helped.

A lovely place to stay

My wife and me made Holidays with some close friends in the Villa. The view from the terrace is simply amazing. That alone is hard to out in words. What's even close as amazing was how our stay was handled by Federico, at any time we had the feeling of being taken care of. We are considering coming back, there is a lot to do in the areas around. U can be fast at the beach if u want to. It was simply a good time at a great place. Thanks for it.

Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica en esta casa. Federico nos ha tratado con amabilidad y rapidez. La casa es muy cómoda y funcional y tiene unas vistas sobre el mar fabulosas. El lugar es tranquilo y agradable. Hemos tenido todas las comodidades que necesitabamos y nos ha permitido disfrutar del lugar y descansar. Muy recomendable para familias. Nosotros eramos 6 adultos y dos perros y resulta ideal para pasar una temporada y disfrutar también del entorno.

Our fabulous home away from home

Visiting Andalusia for 2 weeks from British Columbia, Canada. Great pool and stunning daily views. The 2 separate units, with separate accesses, in the one property suited us very well. The main upper unit is a full 2 bedroom (4 bed) suite with kitchen. The separate lower is a “hotel” type suite that is very comfortable with its own sitting room. Clean, plentiful hot water, first rate appliances. Fede, the owner was very attentive and provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions. This house on the hill is very private, quiet and secluded from most others in Punta Lara, and yet it is only a 45 minute walk to the Balcón de Europa.

Easy.simple great propert excellent for dogs within easy reach of everything as long as you have car.plenty of parking swimming pool a bonus. Host was excellent always on hand, nothing too much bother.Altogether a brilliant host and great stay..

Federico est un propriétaire super disponible et super à l'écoute. La terrasse est un véritable lieu de vie ! Petit bémol : l'accès à la maison est compliqué ( un conducteur averti est indispensable)! Le point de vue est juste magique!

Traumhafter Blick und süßes Häusschen

Meine Tochter reiste mit ihrem Freund 2 Tage früher an als ich und wurde sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Das Haus war sauber., der Blick von der Terrasse atemberaubend. Ein wenig schade war das der Garten wohl zu wenig Wasser bekommt und dadurch die Pflanzen sehr verkümmert waren. Der Pool ist schön groß und auch von hier blickt man über die Bucht aufs Meer. Das Grundstück ist leider nicht umzäunt, so das es mit Hund nicht so gut geeignet ist. Trotzdem fanden wir es wunderschön und bedanken uns noch einmal für den wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Excelentes vistas y casa muy cómoda y práctica

Tras alojarnos 6 amigos con una mascota , la casa es muy práctica y cómoda , con unas vistas espectaculares y muy bien organizada y distribuida , la opción de poder disfrutar de varias zonas exteriores permite que dependiendo de la hora y el clima , puedas disfrutar siempre de la casa , piscina limpia y grande . Solo mejorable la instalación de un extractor de humo a la hora de cocinar . Federico es un anfitrión muy bueno , siempre atento y nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado, gracias .

Best service, House and Location ever

The house is situated on a spacious plot. It's entrance is easy and can optionally be closed by a gate. The road to the house is easy and well paved. The house has heating and cooling and consists of two floors. The house is nicely decorated with a feel for detail we have not yet seen. The owner is very welcoming and can be reached 24/7 by phone. The view is stunning and in itself worthwhile the stay. We did not tested the big pool (too cold) but sun fading at the pool was very nice. The distance to the beach is some 10 minutes by car. The nearby city Nerja has nice shops good restaurants and of course all the anummeties one can expect from a town at the beach. The Alhambra in Granada is a one hour 145. minute drive and also worthwhile to visit, as well as the other costal villages between Nerja and Malaga. We can truhly recommend this house for a very very pleasant Holliday.

Lives up to expectation

We had an amazing time in this property. It's really well maintained, well equipped and felt like home the minute we pulled on the drive. Federico and family are totally committed to their visitors and nothing is too much for them as are his cleaning maid and pool man. We recommend this villa to families (with older children) and will definitely be returning. The pool is excellently maintained and as a swimming instructor myself, was really pleased with the good balance of chlorine. The morning sun rising over the mountains is magical, as is the evening moon rise. Nerja itself is a beautiful town with a balanced mix of old classic and modern Spain and a comfortable feel of happy multi-national holiday makers, enjoying the hospitality of the many restaurants, serving a wide selection of food styles. Staying in this villa was the best choice we feel we could have made for our first, unforgettable visit to Nerja. Thank you Federico and your family and staff for such an amazing time.

Well, you can't get a better view than that!

We had a month's stay at Federico's villa during February. The weather could have been better to make the most of the most spectacular views from the property. What views! We were able to visit other places like Frigiliana, Benalmadena, Gibraltar and Mijas - all within easy drives. Nerja town is only 5 mins by car away with lots of restaurants and beaches. Our host could not have been kinder and whenever we requested something, he very happily obliged. All in all, a very relaxing holiday in a peaceful place.

Séjour très agréable !

Séjour agréable en famille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la vue magnifique sur la mer et la sierra nevada. Cette paisible villa nous a permis de rayonner aux alentours (Frigiliana, Malaga, grotte de Nerja, balcon de Europa, place de Maro) et au delà (Grenade et l'Alhambra, Cordoue et la Mezquita, Séville et l'Alcazar - le "triangle d'or" de l'Andalousie). Nous n'oublierons pas non plus les promenades nocturnes, le chant des cigales, le parfum du jasmin et... les moustiques ! Merci à Federico pour son accueil et sa discrétion. Nous avons apprécié le vin et les fruits goûteux offerts à notre arrivée. PS: nous avons mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5, en raison des travaux sur la propriété attenante et du périlleux chemin d'accès au gîte dans la propriété.

An awsome stay in our Spanish getaway.

We had a great 3 week vacation at our villa perched on a hillside overlooking Nerja, the Mediterranean sea, coastal mountains and the surrounding countryside. My wife and I took daily walks down to the beaches or out back down to the pastures where a goat herder and his herd could be seen daily climbing the distant hillsides to feed. This is a private peaceful place in a very nice neighborhood where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine and plan you next days adventures. Many thanks to our host Federico who went out of his way to help us with an airline luggage issue and made us feel like family in his beautiful villa. We hope to return one day to repeat the adventure and serenity this wonderful place offered us for our stay.

Un séjour de rêve

La villa est en haut d'une colline surplombant Nerja et la Méditerranée, avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse. La route d'accès nécessite une certaine dextérité au volant, mais la récompense est au bout. Les propriétaires, proches mais discrets, réactifs si nécessaire, sont de plus charmants. Un séjour vraiment à conseiller, surtout si vous possédez un chien, qui sera le bienvenu et ravi de dévaler au petit matin un sentier en pleine nature rempli d'odeurs de lapins.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Maison impeccable et très bien située. Très au calme et proche de la ville de Nerja (3 min. en voiture). Les photos représentent parfaitement le bien loué. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
