You are sure to enjoy a fantastic holiday in this lovely cottage. There are two bedrooms to choose from, which can be twin or doubles with one boasting an amazing Lake View.

The open plan Kitchen/ Living accommodation is bright yet cosy with the help of an open fire, Oil Fired Central Heating and triple glazing. On the first floor there is a large spacious lounge and from here guests can step onto the balcony overlooking the lake, the perfect spot for enjoying afternoon refreshment in the sunshine. Flat Screen tv with full Satellite Channels. German and French Options also available. The Kitchen area is fully fitted with all modern conveniences.

Outside Sheds available with Washing and Drying Facilities. Also Rod Room Available.

The 2 bed cottage is close to all the local ameneties of waterville. There is a local butcher and 2 supermarkets, along with four warm and friendly pubs.

There are wonderful walks nearby with the Kerry Way right on our doorstep, and you can enjoy pony trekking adventures locally, or take to the river with canoe hire and lessons available nearby. The Waterville Golf Links, is within easy reach. Hogs Head Golf Course is five minutes from apartment.
