This is your chance to enjoy a unique getaway on the nicest beach! Stay in our newly remodeled beach cottage. White sandy beach & turquoise water is literally 50 ft from the door.

Everything you need for a delightful & relaxing day at the beach is included. Chairs, beach towels, umbrella,. Enjoy the convenience of this premium location across Gulf blvd to Beach.

The Space:
There are plenty of incredible places to shop and eat within walking distance. There's even a free trolly that will take you up and down the island. Enjoy your meals while watching the sunset and listening to live music.

With one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms the place easily sleeps 4 adults.

Stay as cool as you would like indoors as we have a New Central AC system.

Fenced yard and small pet door. Pets are WELCOME!!!

Getting Around:
There is a free trolley that goes up and down the coast. It's a great way to get around. There is also a complimentary Monkey bus that is available to take you to local hot spots at night.

Other Things to Note:
Don't miss out on any of the game day action, We have access to all NFL games.

Home does have one outside security camera

Interaction with Guests:

Phenomenal property. The fenced in area was perfect to eat outside in while also allowing our dogs to hang out with us. The hottub is everything with this property. Beach and community were wonderful and safe to take walks in. Property is also conveniently near a publix. Our host was wonderful and prompt with all of our needs and questions, and also really making sure that the property had great amenities. Truly a 10/10, entirely stress free stay

Perfect Location

This rental was just as portrayed, just a short walk from the beach (probably less than 50 steps!). The place was clean and tidy, well-appointed and everything in new condition. Perfect little getaway for a couple or family with small children. Close to Bridge Street for shopping and not far from the hustle and bustle of Pine Avenue and Gulf Drive. Perfect weekend getaway

Cute little Beach House

This property is small and cute. The hot tub was great. Ample outdoor seating on the "courtyard" type patio with white picket fence. Across the street from beach access. The street that this house is on is quiet,however the street you cross for the beach can be quite busy at times. The beach is nice and large and goes on for miles in each directiondirection. Lovely

This cottage is really great. Very clean and so close to the beach. Has all you need for a few days away! Highly recommend renting a golf cart while on the island. It’s the best way to explore AMI! Property owner was easy to communicate with.

Horrible response time

The unit was as described and the evening we arrived my wife said “what a cute place.” Great location. The next morning I had to go to my satellite office and she went for a walk getting back around 7:15 am. The electronic combination lock would not operate. After several tries she called me. I gave her three numbers that we both tried calling and texting for almost 3 hours. My texts referenced that my wife has Parkinson’s and requires timed medications. She finally received a text and said a locksmith was on the way. The locksmith said the batteries were dead and replaced them. We never received a phone call or an apology for the delay. Tom, the contact provided in the reservation, responded nearly 5 hours after the initial text. Everything else was fine except the bathroom in the bedroom doesn’t have a door.

Perfect little getaway. Easy distance from shopping and redraurants. Very little storage place for clothes so I don’t know how good it would be for a long stay but just fine for a short stay. The place does have a washer and dryer. Across the street from a nice sandy beach not crowded. House is small but nice, neat, clean and updated. Bring your passwords for your streaming channels. Tom was great. We eoukdnt hesitate to come back

Perfect cottage!!

This was the perfect beach cottage for my husband and myself. Across the road from the white sandy beach it was impeccably clean, had washer/dryer as well as beach chairs, towels and a buggy. Great location and the owner was easily reachable with any questions. Can't wait to stay here again!

Paradise awaits

Just a one minute walk and you have your toes in the sand. The place was just what we needed. The beach was never crowded and was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Loved walking the beach either north or south a mile to grab coffee or brunch each morning. Publix was a was about a mile away which was nice to get food to make on the grill included with the rental. Overall a great experience. Only issue was the coffee maker is no long a pot (as pictured), but a keurig. My wife is particular about her coffee so had to buy a keurig pod. But otherwise a 5 star stay at a cozy little beach house! We will be back!

Across the street from beach

Convenient location directly across the street from the beach. You are not able to see the beach from the property but it is very close. There is a bit of foot traffic, but it was not a problem and not loud. Area feels safe. There wasn’t a window covering on the front door, but this was easily fixed by hanging a thin beach towel over the window in the door for added privacy. Great little spot! We would stay there again if we come back to the area.

Great location, just steps away from the beach

Great little cottage, perfect for me and my two teen daughters. Everything was clean and well stocked. Location is great - easy access to entire island but not crowded like the areas with public beaches. We had all the beach items we needed - really appreciated the cart and beach chairs. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful little beach cottage

Wonderful location right across the street from the beach! The host was the best! This is the second time staying at this location and it does not disappoint. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you again for making our stay the best on the island and sharing your home with us.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing week stay in this beach cottage. The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. The access to the beach was very convenient and the part of the beach near the house was much less crowded than other areas. The property is conveniently located on the island near shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rebook a stay at this property.

AMAZING HOUSE and AMAZING HOST!!

We needed to travel to Bradenton Beach because our son was graduating from dental school. We were looking for a small, affordable place to stay. The minute we stepped into the house (I called it a cottage), were were amazed! It's bright and beautiful!! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING we needed was right there! They even has supplies for Smores! The decor is bright and beachy (but not overly so). I am amazed at how well they put everything in place so that it looks roomy and open despite being a cottage. There are beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. The hot tub was awesome!! There's an outdoor shower. If it's too hot in the afternoon to sit outside, you can move the chairs to the back, where there is plenty of shade. We enjoyed watching the pigeons next door and the big lizards on the trees. We also loved the people-watching. We would sit on the patio at night and lots of people would be walking back and forth to the beach. The grocery store and drugstore are just a 5-minute drive away. And, of course, it literally takes 2 minutes to walk across the street to the beach. We could hear the waves pounding the sand at night. Best of all was Tom, who checked in to see how we were doing, and who was extremely helpful about EVERYTHING! When we go back, we're definitely staying in that beautiful house again! :) I've rented lots of places and this one was, by far, THE BEST! :)

Paradise on Bradenton Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Tom's property so much. It was a much needed vacation for both of us after a stressful year. Everythibng was perfect, the property is well maintained, great bed, water pressure, and S'mores, lol. Everything we needed except for food was provided, beach tpwels, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon. Truly one of our est vacations, Thank you Tom!!

First time visit to Anna Maria island.

Great location just steps from the beach. Very easy to get across the road in front of the cottage. Everything was very clean and as described. Easy check in and excellent communication with Tom. The little courtyard was very nice for us to sit in with our dogs.

Who could ask for more?

We loved the Little Mermaid just steps away from the beach, it was clean with modern beach decor, offering a hot tub, outdoor shower and fire pit. The cottage has clean towels, a comfortable bed, and nice dishes, and coffee and everything you need to make s'mores. Every day I woke up and simply crossed the street to access the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the cottage with out 13 year old son who simply enjoy beach life. It was a true vacation to unwind, relax, explore, and eat and see so many dolphins in the wild.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We were super excited to find this beach cottage. It's just across from our favorite beach in the world. We purchased the property and completely renovated the kitchen and main area. We love that we can bring our two dogs and let them loose in the fully fenced yard. We enjoy the fire pit at night. We are hoping to get a hot tub on the property soon.
