The living room is tastefully furnished and has a direct exit to one of the two terraces, which is provided with a retractable electric sunshade. The kitchen is white and fully fitted. The ground floor bathroom has a whirlpool and a sauna. The washing machine and dryer are hidden behind a sliding door in the entrance. The staircase starts in the living room, and on the landing, there are two bedrooms, one on each side of the house, and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle in between. One of the bedrooms has elevation beds.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
