On the south-faced terrace you can enjoy the sun most of the day. A few minutes walk from the house you will find restaurants, shops etc. Free admittance to water park. No letting to youth groups. Using grills or BBQs inside the house is strictly prohibited.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
